Beautifully designed but poor sound insulation. Not very roomy either. Nice little personal space on ground floors.

Definitely love this place!! Although it's small but the place is very clean and nice! Love the quite environment and the design of the place!! Very close to Edmonds Skytrain station!

Lovely home and residents, lots of parks around for kids and there are schools close by as well. My only complaint is that the sound insulation is awful! Very poorly done and takes away some of the enjoyment of your living space.

People always cooking delicious smelling food around here. I'm not even joking, around 1130 it's out of control. There is someone who makes pho all the time (I think) and it smells so amazing. Also I swear one unit the ppl just cook a pan full of onions and garlic all day. I love landscaping here.

Decent design. Good area. HORRIBLE sound insulation and building management does not take afterhour noise complaints seriously.
