I was pleased to have done my taxes with h&r block. Very professional and very informative.

Very professional service. All my questions were answered and I was very satisfied filing my tax with H&R Block.

It took more than 3 attempts for the Tax Expert" to come up with a final tax return figure.1st attempt: Told the wife and I we owed $300+2nd Attempt: Told us the wife would get a return of $500 and $100 for me.3rd Attempt: Told us the wife would get a return of $700+ and $70+ for me.We had to go keep checking the computer screen and finding simple mistakes. The lady at the next table had to come over five to six times to explain to our "Tax expert" what to do. Our "Tax Expert" also told us we could not claim our charitable deductions. We and the lady at the other desk had to correct her on this. Then she said some of our receipts could not be used because dates were missing. We had to show her where they were. She had not even bothered to look at them properly. On more than one occasion she had miss-entered the spousal amount. She did not seem to grasp how it was handled. The lady at the other table had to come over again and point out to her that she needed to follow the name of the person on the receipt. The "Tax Experts" command of the English language was poor and I had to keep explaining myself to make her understand

The entire process was efficient and educating. Thanks to the friendly staff and the systems in place.
