Very nice place to stay for a budget traveller. They really try to make you comfortable. Asked for a room on the 1st floor and they gave me a superior one without extra charge. Definitely recommended

Very clean motel and modern and the service is great me and my hubby as been going here for a good 15 years ..and it has a nice swimming pool too.

Really great customer service. Booked via Expedia and they booked a room that was already provided to a customer and the front desk informed us that they where fully book but provided us with a room that they usually don't rent otherwise would have had to drive back home 5h away after flying ...

We came here the day before and after my boyfriend had day surgery at Gatineau hospital. The motel was very quite considering there were a lot of construction worker's from out of town staying there. The room was nice and the desk clerk was very compassionate knowing exactly what we needed the room for, he tucked us in a easily accessible ground level room away from most of the other guests. A little more pricey than the other motels we tried to check into as they were all booked up with construction workers.

The place is cozy and very good to stay for a night or two, once opening the room door there was a good smell, which relieved after a long day of work, I gave it 4 stars not 5 just because the front desk man didn’t provide me a receipt for the room, also he insisted to get the car licence plate number, he made me go back and forth a couple of times which I didn’t like after 12 hrs working. Overall not too bad, will go back again if I have to work somewhere around it.

Overweight desk man had anger issues. Junk rooms and we took like 35 minutes past checkout was trying to hurry and called cops on us after slamming door in my girlfriends face after being polite to him and explaining. Took our 200$ deposit for nothing.

The rooms, are not bad, but some the employees are rude, I had made reservations a week in advance, only to find out they had given away my room, and when I tried to get some answers they hung up on me.
