It’s my daughters first time in the mall with her friends today. I ask her how’s her experience, she's upset about it. She said that the lady in Claire’s Chinook location get mad at her just because the staff wasn’t able to explain the promotion to her. I think she assumed that my kid , 13 yrs old was stealing. Not acceptable. It’s supposed to be a fun experience for her going out for the first time w/out her parents.

I went there to get my little girls ears pierced (almost 4 months old). As a new mom I was very nervous but Brooke from there was very professional and reassuring. Super quick and polite. She did an amazing job! I definitely would recommend this place and especially her! Thank you for a great experience :)

Exceptional service provided. I went on January 12 around 3:30 pm and this lovely girl helped me with a piercing problem I was having.Really appreciate all the time she gave.Would definitely recommend.

Great store for cute girly products, but I was inside for a grand total of two seconds before a basket was forced on me by a rushing employee. Can't really enjoy shopping here too much if I'm being treated like a shoplifter for doing literally nothing but entering the store.

One of the staff there straight up profiled my friends and I. As soon as we came in she was kind of rude and began following us around the store and looked directly at the things we were grabbing. She didn’t even try to hide it, she would move with us as soon as we moved somewhere else. I caught her multiple times peeking into my friend’s bag!! I didn’t get her name but she had dark brown hair, white, and had a bigger complexion. Her behaviour was absolutely disgusting! She also pretended to be on a phone call when she was near us saying “can I get a walk through here at Claire’s” obviously referring to a security walk through as some sort of intimidation tactic. The fact that she followed us around the store the whole time we were there is absolutely horrendous. I will follow up my complaint with their management and their HR.

Went here for my ear piercing. They advertise it as being free but they ask you to pay for the kit which basically means its not free. You have to pick earrings from a list of the ones they're selling. Anyways that wasnt the problem. With each kit you can choose an aftercare solution, one is standard and the other is rapid. The lady who was supposed to do mine and who asked me all the details handed me over to another lady (without doing the courtesy of letting me know) but she somehow didn't let her about the solution i had picked. (I picked standard). The piercings went well and done properly and professionally. Just that when i was paying they charged me for the rapid cleanser when i had requested for the standard one and now they wont return because they already open it for you to use! Paying some dollars extra isnt a big issue but the way she dealt with me without even apologizing and not admitting it was her mistake is beyond me. If you've made a mistake own it instead of making your customers feel like its theirs! I work customer care too and we apologize for things beyond our control yet this lady wouldn't own up to hers! Not sure about her name but she was African.

This is my eight year old daughters favorite store. The service has always been exceptional. This location always seems to be busy. There are lots of great gift ideas and stocking stuffers here. You can also get gift cards which are very convenient if you are usure of what to buy. There is a lot of free parking at the mall which is very nice.

The products and prices have both changed, and not for the better.I went into this location yesterday to get a simple replacement cat ears headband for my daughter. In May 2022 the price was $6 and yesterday it was $10. Also the quality of the plastic wasn't good at all, there were jagged edges and there was visible glue holding it together.Also, the employee keeps pushing these little baskets on you. Here's a basket, take this basket.. basically shoving it at you with the intention to just fill it up and shop more, I didn't really appreciate that.
