A neighbourhood staple with incredible service and support. They have great selection of carpets and flooring with competitive pricing. It all starts with Ron. He is a kind, knowledgeable and honest sales person that knows the area and the products and application. He is patient and responsive. One of the best sales persons I have dealt with. We had our staircases re-carpeted after a reno and after a complicated install with a few issues, Ron and his team were absolutely stellar in rectifying the issue. Cosmos, the second installer was professional, thorough, clean and courteous. The end result was perfect. There is a reason they have been around for ever. Thanks

First time rug-buyer and first time popping into this Roncesvalles fixture. They have a massive selection of rugs and carpets. My partner and I were in the market for a new rug to enliven our space. Ron helped us and was incredibly kind, affable and definitely knows his stuff. There were kilim rugs galore and we did not feel rushed while taking our time considering our colorway options. We took some photos and returned the next week where we were greeted by Ron's hospitality. We couldn't be happier about our new kilim. If you're looking for a rug/carpet of great value and top quality, I highly recommend the selection at Pollock's.

My husband and I were planning to buy a carpet for a 5x5 area. The staff at Pollock were so thoughtful and gave us other options so we don’t spend too much money. Paul suggested the option of using glue down vinyl planks. He gave my husband quick instructions and made it sound so easy to do. We were very happy with the result and so thankful to have the Pollock carpet store in our neighborhood. Thanks again Paul and all the staff for being so helpful and friendly!!

Smallish neighbourhood family-run business, with plenty of selection, friendly staff and affordable pricing. We'd spent a fair amount of time looking for what we wanted and Pollock's offered us the best selection, including some high-end providers. We'll be shopping here again!

If I could give them 6 stars I would.Outstanding service from the moment we stepped into the store. We needed an oddly shaped room carpeted and they answered all our questions. They even dispatched an employee right away to come over and take a look.The installers arrived the following week right on schedule and again, an absolute pleasure to deal with.The installation was quick and flawless.This was my second experience with Pollock’s. I purchased floor tile from them 2 years ago. They will be receiving all my business from now on.P.S. I had Home Depot drop by for a visit. Their estimate was much higher along with a 3 week wait.Easy decision.

These guys are fantastic. Needed a small amount of marmoleum for the top of a vintage desk. Within minutes, they found a few small pieces they had, which was all I needed. Simple, safe, curb-side service, and I was on my way. What was going to be a hunt for an obscure material, in a small size was finished in one quick trip to a local, small business. So thankful that they had this, and were so convenient and easy to deal with. Heartfelt thanks!

Hands down, this is the best place to purchase tiles in Toronto! The staff are so nice and helpful. You'll have to dig around through their tiles because they don't have an impressive showroom like StoneTile, Ciot, DalTile & Olympia, etc., but they carry way more options and the prices are great!
