Took my nieces here to get their dance supplies for ballet class. Staff was really kind and helped us find what we needed. I don't like hovering shop-keeps though, so she was nice and let us look around on our own and come to here when we needed help. She was super helpful and knowledgeable in the sizing situation. I think it's helpful that they keep a list of all of the required dresscode for all dance schools in the city so they can help you make the correct purchase, and they keep everything you buy on file for you so you can easily re-purchase or even remember what you didn't like.

I needed a dance accessory that was sold out everywhere. Harlequin had it in stock, helped measure the item for sizing and shipped it to me right away. I received it in 2 days (in another province) and just in time for my daughter's dance competition. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff! When one style of shoe didn't fit my daughter properly they knew right away which brand would fit better. This level of service is hard to come by these days!

I'm so disappointed. 4 days ago I placed an online order to send to Alberta from their store in Manitoba. I still hadn't received a shipping notification today so I called the store. The person on the line told me the items I had ordered and paid for weren't even in stock. (there was no notice online that the item was out of stock) There was no explanation for why no one had even bothered to reach out to me. The only excuse was they don't have their inventory linked to online. How is that even possible in this day and age of technology? I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. I just checked online and since placing my order the item has been removed from their website. So basically they saw my order, realized they had none, removed it from their website yet didn't even have the decency in all that effort for themselves to let me know. I ended up having to call back again to make sure my refund was processed as the email I was promised did not arrive.

I'm in Saskatchewan. I ordered dance shoes online. I received shipping notice on the same day. They arrived 2-days later.

Super impressed with the items I ordered for my daughter. Customer service was 10/10. The quality of the dancewear (bodysuits, tights, slippers and skirts) I received was excellent and super comfortable against my little one's skin. Items arrived in the mail quickly. We will definitely order from them again!

So many costumes and hats! The owner is wonderful and professional and her staff are incredibly talented.This place is a treasure and I can't wait to go back and visit longer.

Store was a lot bigger on the inside than I had thought. Lots of selection, mostly in dance related costumes, clothing and props. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes, one at a wicked deal! And the sales girl was nice enough, friendly, but seemed a little tired and/or distracted. Not at all a bad experience. But coming from a customer service background, I feel much more welcome when the sales associate is positive and engaging. Would still recommend and still shop again. Thanks!
