Great company to work for and has nice mangers.

I got the wrong TCN after they mixed me up with someone else. So until I get the correct TCN, I will leave them a one star. I will change it once everything is fixed.

I did my PI course and the help much to get my license and to boost my career.

I purchased my Use of Force training course online and signed up for in-class training for January 7, 2023. I have received confirmation as well about the training. HOWEVER, on January 7 when making my way to the place, I could not even locate unit 200 at 55 Village Centre Place. Not only could I not locate unit 200, I was told by instructor David that there are no classes or instructors in that day and were rather all in Ottawa despite him having my training set for the 7th. Prior to knowing about that, I contacted OEIS dispatch and did not get back to me in time and had to give me David's personal number. Now, David was professional about the situation although I did not appreciate the fact that I was scheduled for training and no instructor was available, and dispatch too was professional. I'm only doing 2 stars because I was refunded fully for the course.

I totally recommend if you need any service regarding security service such as running an event or if you need Private investigation.
