PAN-INSULA DISPOSAL

Having just moved I mixed up my days and forgot to put my garbage out and they came and picked it up two days later. Amazing company! Great customer service! Thank you so much!

I called this company yesterday to pick up garbage left behind by my horrible tenants, that have left all their garbage behind. Their Pan-Insula garbage disposal sticker is on the garbage can. I moved the garbage can with a dolly to road level, since I have a 300 m driveway, and have disabilities.I was willing to pay double the normal price, assuming they would take away the contents of the container. Instead, the person on the phone simply hung up on me. Horrible customer service. My tenants had used the service since last August. Surely they would have known this was a stressful situation; but I sensed absolutely no willingness to help, or customer service , or ability to see that there had been a contract involved, and therefore some obligation to finish the garbage pickup.I would never ever use this company for anything. So disappointing!Do not use this company.My tenants' garbage can will remain at road level, smelling worse and worse, and the Pan-Insula sticker will display to all who has failed here. Shame on you.

Whether picking up at my curb, or bringing the Large bin to us, and after renovating 3 homes these guys were Above and Beyond with due care attention to safety, and economically feasible, and fair!We appreciate the 'young' sisters who work there!!!

I have just switched from Waste Management to Pan-Insula Disposal and you get 5 stars!I called to clarify pricing, signed up online (saving money from what I was paying WM), received decals for my bins in the mail, and today I put my garbage out for collection. Today my garbage was picked up!Now that may not sound amazing but it is far from what I have been used to over the past year with WM. I put garbage out on Wednesday and sometimes it didn’t get picked up, not on Thursday and not even on Friday. I guess I was supposed to call and complain - but try to reach them! Meanwhile I was paying them too much, paying enviro fees and paying admin fees too. I now feel like I have been being robbed.Now Pan-Insula Disposal to the rescue! We’ll pick up on Monday they said…and they did! A simple delivery on promise and I’m blown away. I shook hands with the truck driver and thanked him.Pan-Insula Disposal, I see the number of people using you on my street, you deserve way more reviews than you have received. I have a hunch that you are a business that is growing and wants to keep growing by continuing to deliver on promises. I want everyone to know you are better than the others, which is why I wrote this review.So to everyone using WM - don’t waste another day with that horrible service - Switch to Pan-Insula Disposal.And to Pan-Insula Disposal, look me up and call me if you really want to grow - I would love to spread the word!
