Prices and selection goodAlthough I find the staff at this particular store not willing to helpI had my leashed dog with me as well as some bagsI asked the clerk if she could help me get a case of cans and a bag of dry foodI was told to just grab the cans off the shelf and put them at the cashI grabbed only a couple of cans as it would’ve taken me t least 7 trips from shelf to cash to get what I wantedShe greeted me when I came in but other than that her eyes and hands never left her cellOnly when cashing me out did her cell get put downI also inquired about ordering a case for the end of the month and was told they just had a shipment so no I couldn’t order morePast practice I was able to leave my number and they would call when it came inEveryone has an off day but it’s become common hereLet me add I was the only one in the store at that time so no excuse IE other customers

Usually I like going to this location. Lately the owners have been trying to up sell which is kinda off putting. Charging for a small paper bag is a bit silly too.

Terrible customer service. Went in for my first time to wash my dog. Nobody told me I only had a half hour, although I called ahead and had active conversations they continued to allow me to wash and dry my furry friend. When I was finished I was told I was randomly being charged double and being lectured on my timing. When I went to explain myself I got nothing but a fake façade which interrupted me then with a have a good day. Completely arrogant to someone who buys all my dogs clothes food and treats from. There are no signs no communication and they will allow you to go as long as you want and just charge you afterwards. It’s not the price it’s the principle and the arrogance that went with it, like as if this business needed by money. Let alone the un professionalism I’m now feeling awkward to even go in there. Way to loose over a hundred a month over a 30 min bath. Smart

Was going to add my negative experience but upon looking at these comments realize it will just be lost in all the othercomplaints. Maybe they should realize we can buy our pet supplies cheaper at any, I mean ANY, grocery store. Instead of hiding behind predatory company policy to make money they should just offer better service. I will happily exercise my only option and never cross their threshold again. With any luck this store wont be open for much longer.
