Very experienced pond builders. They also provide spring and fall service to prepare for the season ahead.Just adding an update:The team at Waterworks continues to deliver great service for us. They advised the use of several biological agents to control algae and maintain a balanced eco-system. We have clear water and healthy fish. We have known the team since about 2010.The picture shows our pond. But look closely and a mother mallard is there with 9 ducklings. They didn't stay long thank goodness.

Recently went there to find a solution for a bubbler issue we were having. We had been told at another establishment to use a 5 gallon pail to house a pump for the bubbler. Went to Water Works and they laughed at that and offered up a permanent solution to our needs. It was a totally positive experience and the the items you recommended were exactly what was needed!!! Lots of pond equipment. Expensive

My parents recently had a waterfall feature installed on their acreage and can't say enough good things about this company. Steve and his crew were very professional from start to finish. They were masters at designing an aesthetically pleasing feature while also taking care to ensure the waterfall worked flawlessly. They even kindly relocated several frogs they encountered during construction! Friends who have viewed the waterfall were amazed, thinking it would have been a much more expensive undertaking than it actually was. Overall, would definitely recommend, and are recommending to all of our friends.

Water Works designed and installed a fountain feature for our front yard. We decided to go with Water Works for several reasons: (1) Kevin (design consult) made himself available to suit our schedule - even after-hours. (2) Honesty - upfront about costs, suggested a more appropriate design/layout suitable to our house even though we initially thought of something more elaborate and costly. (3) Wanted our business - design, costs and install were done as they said they would.Install: Minimal impact to existing landscape, and sufficiently repaired any collateral damage from a fairly invasive install.Cost: As quoted - no surprises. Competitive (based on other quotes received).Post-install: The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we didn't get a overview of valve control and placement. Otherwise I really have no negative comments or concerns with this company whatsoever.Satisfaction: We LOVE it! The sound of the water is so relaxing and if I had the time I'd sit outside all evening and watch the water and listen to the waterfalls.Feedback: Every person who walks by our yard when I am outside will take the time to comment to me how beautiful our water feature looks and how much they like it.Bottom-line: Would definitely recommend this firm and refer others without any reservations.

Water Works Ponds is a breath of fresh air when it comes to professionalism, friendliness, expertise and phenomenal customer service. In our initial consult appointment , Kevin was truly attentive and we felt that we were heard. Kevin and Steve used their magic and made our dream of a pond and stream system in our backyard a reality. We have had a great number of compliments on the design of the system.Water Works Ponds has treated us very well, right from the initial meeting through the pond and stream installation as well as continued great after the fact customer service/support!

Sadly I would rate WW as 0. Our landscaper sourced materials from WW for a small pond in our yard which we enjoyed for some time. My husband died unexpectedly a few weeks ago and I wanted to get the pond up and running. Having it functional would mean a lot in these early months. I left a message a week ago asking for a call – no response. Seems WW doesn’t answer their phone or return messages.

They have everything you need to keep your water gardens healthy and happy!

It was an easy pleasant experience. Ended up buying a water feature. There was a lineup of running waterfalls and features to look at. This is the 3rd time going to water ponds. They also have a good selection of rocks for waterfalls.

Everything about our experience with Water Works was terrific. The initial on site consult changed our vision of the project due to some great suggestions that were made. The team worked hard, were very polite, and we’re conscious about cleaning up the site each day. We are extremely pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Water Works.
