I was referred to Steve during Covid for shoulder pain, we did everything virtually and I was so impressed with how he treated the problem without ever having to be seen in person. Fast forward 3 years, I’ve gone back for my knees and after just a couple of sessions and exercises am back on track for running with little to no pain. I recommend all of my friends to Physio Steve! He’s easy to speak to, listens to the problems/concerns, pays close attention and looks at the problem from every angle and puts in place great programs to help recover. Cannot say enough good things!

Steve is a great physiotherapist. He is personable, calming and professional. He explains everything very thoroughly which is really helpful in understanding body mechanics and preventing reinjury. I also find the videos he sends after the session really helpful for remembering what he explained/demonstrated.I don't have a physiotherapist to contrast this experience with but I went from being in excruciating daily pain and stiff to pain-free and more mobile in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend.

Steve is really kind, knowledgeable and patient. I came in with knee pain on both knees from running, which is stable for the moment. He brought a different perspective that I appreciated, notably the use of mind-muscle connection. I would definitely go back to see him if I have any further injuries in the future. :-)

Started working with Steve for some shoulder/bicep issues I was dealing with after getting back into the gym. He was able to diagnose the issue within the first session, provided an explanation as to what was happening and why it may have occurred, then gave me a handful of exercises to begin the healing process. After a few consultations and incorporating his suggestions/exercises into my routine, almost all of the pain has disappeared and I feel far more comfortable and confident in my workouts thanks to his advice. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Steve. I came with a TMJ problem which is probably unusual. I had pain chewing and even opening my mouth. After a few months my pain is gone and I am functional with my jaw. Steve is knowledgeable, persistent, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him.
