Let me start with our first meeting with Chats. I was not planning to call him as I have already called 3 highest rated window companies in my area and they all came in with very similar quotes but then I found Chats Window s and Doors and read through the reviews and decided to give him a call as I always try to give the smaller companies a chance. He was quick to come to my house to give a quote on the same day despite we did not get to talk about anything as I was in a meeting when he came. So he left the quote and sent me a message to follow up that he will do everything to make it happen for me. Two weeks later we decided to come to his shop to see the manufacturing process and when we were there, Chats explained the details and answered all of our concerns. Having been in the same industry (i was selling windows covering for a living), I can tell if someone is not being honest but throughout the process I never felt that in Chats so I knew he is the guy I want to deal business with. Of course his price was also much better than the other companies. He came back to do the final measurements and explained all designs and options we have as well as giving recommendations if we could not decide something. Turnaround time was also super compared to other companies. I guess it is because he made his own windows so he can control time better and have more flexibility. Because we got a very good deal I really did not have high expectation on installation day, so to me as long as the windows work then I would be satisfied but I was blown away by the quality and the workmanship. Chats and his subordinate Leon were straight to the points, effient and details oriented. The house looks completely different with new windows and the big moulding make the house feel much more luxury. I normally recognize a hardworking man when I cross one but Chats is someone who is not only dedicated but also friendly and make you feel that you want to work with him again in the future.

Chat did all the windows and backyard door for us. He did an absolutely amazing job. Everything was kept clean, foam insulated any gaps that remained and ensured that the exterior was finished appropriately. Thanks Chat!

Chat replaced 2 large picture windows and a patio door fall of 2020. The picture windows are beautiful and excellent quality. The patio door is nice and heavy and opens and closes so smoothly with little effort. Service and staff was also excellent. The job was completed as scheduled, and start to finish was seamless....the guys even did a good cleanup when they wrapped up. Chats is a world of knowledge in the windows and doors realm. Gave great advice and suggestions. He’s done windows, sliding glass doors and patio doors for me so far. I won’t use anyone else.
