New to this place and was so impressed!!! Stephanie rocked my expectations! Attention to detail impeccable. She helped me pick my colour when I couldn't decide between two. Was not rushed. Very pleasant to chat with. Overall an A+

I’ve gone to many nail techs in/beyond the GTA, and this salon is by far my favourite nail salon I’ve ever been to! Every single staff I’ve encountered has been so friendly and talented. Shoutout to Stephanie and Ruby for my nails as they’re stunning! I’m also impressed that throughout the process, both nail techs have asked for my opinion and input. They also care about my comfort levels. I’ve only ever gotten bio gel for the last couple of years, and I’m used to the burning sensation. However, it was nice of them to notify and reassure me of this. Honestly, I feel like whichever nail tech you end up with, you’ll be pleased with the service and results. Although I do not live in the area, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone who is to check them out ☺️

I’ve been doing my nails for like 20 yrs on and off, I’ve been to many nail shops in various cities. Let me start by saying this little gem of a place is very clean and quite calming. It offers a real spa like calming environment for many of your needs.The pricing is straight forward and listed in the front, no gimmicks and odd pricing, the booking system is very efficient and easy to manage. Stephanie was an excellent listener, so precise, and delivered over and above. You know some nail shops you show a picture. And they just mumble something to their fellow co worker in their language (you think ‘are they making fun of me?’) Yeah not her, she confirmed the design, the nail shape, the colour, that she can achieve this design. She gave me ‘what I wanted’ not what she wanted for me. That’s a big thing nowadays, because it seems like no one listens, they interject what they think will be the end result. Bravo Stephanie, I’m sold!! I’m in love with my nails, never ever have I appreciated my nails and toes as much as I have today! You got me as your reoccurring customer for life! Ample parking, easy to find, and so much options for polish colours :) and so so professional! I’ll see you soon Stephanie ❤️

My friend told me about this place, so I tried it for the first time. It’s a pretty big nail salon. All the staff and friendly and professional. The salon is very clean too.Booking an appointment was super easy with their online booking system. I even called to see if they could take me in a little earlier and they were able to.I got dip powder with chrome and I’m happy with how it turned out. The shape and colour is very pretty and they have no problem adjusting things to make sure you’re happy with the finished look.They have a loyalty card where you get 10% off after 5 stamps.Overall, super happy to have discovered this place!

Update. I went back and got them redone and they were lovely to deal with. They redid my nails and they look great! That was a great experience and great customer service. Thank you very much for making it right!The nail tech was very distracted and rushed through both the pedicure and manicure. She did not push back my cuticles and kept cutting so fast that she ended up cutting me. It’s been 4 days since I had my nails done and because the paint job wasn’t done well it looks like over a weeks worth of growth. The price was decent for what I had done however the final product was not worth the money.

It was my first time at this nail salon and I had an excellent experience. It was easy to book an appointment online and I was taken care of shortly after I arrive. The place is relaxing and there is a good choice of colours for gel. I booked for nail designs as well and was very pleased with the result. I will definitely come back!

Great service. Easy booking. Attentive and friendly staff. Lovely colours. Complimentary snacks and drinks to refresh.Star removed: The nail polish used on my fingernails was harsh. In the photos you can see that each fingernail has a dented line, which was originally at base the nail. Below each line is sturdy new growth. Above each line is thinned, splitting layers, cracking, bendable nail. But, I might already have a weak nail bed that was more susceptible to the damaging effects of the polish. But, additionally, the regular polish took forever to dry and I was there another half hour, at least.

I have lived in Pickering for almost 6 years and have been to pretty much all of them .. usually quite disappointed. However, this place was not only super clean, super friendly and reasonably priced, but they did an absolutely amazing job - highly recommend ! Best nail salon & spa in Pickering ! I got my nails done there last night and i had an amazing experience! i had an appointment but i was a couple minutes late due to traffic and they didn’t give me a hard time or anything. Jenna was my nail tech and she was super sweet! i was getting a fill on my nails but i booked the wrong type when i called in due to different places calling the type of gel by different names and she helped me figure out the correct one i wanted. i showed her my inspo pic and she did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB bringing the design to life. she also helped me find the right colours to match the picture. when it came to the shaping i said i liked them a hybrid of coffin and ballerina and she did amazing making them thin and sharp just how i asked. she took her time and didn’t rush through any part of the process. i was extremely happy with my nails. i’ve been looking for a good place to go consistently and it has been difficult since most places just rush the work or don’t pay attention to detail but Jenna was the opposite and really made my nails beautiful. i will most definitely be returning to her for my next set of nails!
