We are not from Canada. We don't live in Canada but we do like donuts and we stopped here and bought a half dozen and every single one of the donuts was fresh and very tasty. I hate to say it, but they were far better than any American donut that I've had recently. And, they were the right size. Donuts should be. Krispy. Kreme has shrunk the size of their donut so small and Dunkin' donuts are so expensive. We were very impressed with the quality of food here.

They slack off so much, I takes them 10 minutes for a bagel somtimes, I ordered a chocolate creamy chill and got it half full without whip cream and I asked for some, and it was warm when it was supposed to be frozenOur coffees where watered down and had zero sugar. I am very disappointed. Never going again

They were quick today I usually come to Winkler for work every week and today I ordered veggie wraprice were totally overcooked just like eating plasticNot acceptable

Line up going through the door and no one came to take orders. We stood for literally 25 minutes until the worker took the first order from the person in the front of the line. Then it took another 10 minutes before they came and took the next order and so it kept going. People are leaving because the wait is so long. And no one is taking orders. They were just serving the drive through customers. Cant recommend going there to eat anymore.

Lines are long, lots of people inside standing around drive threw is packed. To the road. People tuat wall in are standing for over 15 mins. While they take drive threw over people inside. They need to get there people on an organized basis this is not how timmies should be.

Good coffee and other hot drinks. drive through is almost always busy and flavour in specialty drinks can be inconsistent.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. When there, waited 20 min for to small coffees and then was told the one they couldn’t make due to cleaning the machine then I told them they should have said that when I ordered and he then told me it would be a couple more minutes so I was ok with that, 20 seconds later it was ready so what was it not true about the machine. Whatever got home and my coffee was burnt like it was on the element for hours. Terrible service can’t believe how bad it’s gotten. Miss the old owner, he knew how to run a business

Staff is unbelievably rude. Especially the black girl working on February 26th 2023 at 3 50 pm. Just unbelievable. Very clear you only care about the money of your establishment and nothing else INCLUDING customer service.
