Dairy Queen (Treat)

Got the oh Henry reese blizzard In a large ($7.00) after eating a little bit of it I noticed it was literally just ice cream like they’re regular vanilla with the smallest hint of anything I Henry or reese you wouldn’t even be able to tell it was a blizzard just looked like vanilla with flakes of chocolate throughout it. I went up and complained about the amount of toppings in it (next to nothing) and compared it to the picture which looked like it had huge chunks of candy in it and instead of simply remaking it they both just sat they’re and argued with me for about 5 minutes until hey finally remade it and we’re very rude the entire time. If the service and overall product they gave wasn’t bad enough none of the people that work there can speak English well enough to work there in the first place. Very sad place.

I was in McAllister Place yesterday shopping with my children and My 4 year old wanted a drink so we went to Orange Julius. After taking 10 steps away,the drink fell to the floor. I went to customer Relations to get something to clean it up and then went back to get my daughter another drink. Most places if a child drops their food/drink would just replace it,NOT Orange Julius....That will be another $4!! Couldn't believe it!! Very poor customer Service I must say!

A bit pricey but the food was great and the waitress was awsome.

Sucked will never return

Went to eat here at noon today. The young girl working was hiding behind a counter texting on her phone and there was a couple waiting in front of me. I asked them if they had ordered yet because they couldn't see her from where they were standing. They said no, so I got her attention and told her that she had a line. I decided to eat somewhere else because that really turned me off.

Went through the drive-thru and they would not honor the rewards program saying they do not have a scanner, but they have the stickers on the window right in front of them encouraging the use of the app. Did not flip any of the blizzards, all of which were melting from the point they were handed to us, then did not honor upside down thick". We were missing a blizzard and they fought with us until they looked at the receipt

Just was told there closing. Its 7:45, I didn't realize it takes 15mins to make a banana split. Oh well Ill go to Sobeys and buy my ice cream for half the price. Now I Know why this site has 2.9 rating. Pathetic

I was in this location today & yesterday & they’re always very pleasant, really nice ppl that go out of there way for their customers

Stopped by for a treat after the shopping was all done.Quick and friendly staff.

Been trying for days to order a cake for my 6 year old daughter. Website is not working, and nobody is answering the phone at this location. Assuming they are open, went into the this store on the day of the birthday hoping they could help out without prior notice (no one answering the phone). Found out they were having some issues with their phone. These guys are awesome, they went above and beyond. Not only did they make a custom ice cream cake on little to no notice, they did an incredible job, beyond what I would have expected if I was able to pre order the day before online, they did it with a smile, and gave me a discount for my trouble. These guys are great. Excellent customer service, real pleasant down to earth good people, highly recommend this store.
