Outstanding service and honest work. I am so impressed with Whitefield Foodservice Equipment! I brought in a 11 year old Gaggia automatic espresso machine that I bought in Vancouver and within 1 day got a reply as it is an old machine parts are not readily available. Rob at Whitefield found a remedy to allow me to continue using my Gaggia and I was over the moon happy. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is the best I have ever experienced. Once my Gaggia passes away fully, I will only buy a new espresso machine from Rob at Whitefield. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, honesty and great selection of espresso machines, grinders and coffee beans!

Been here twice to have service on our old espresso machine and these folk are great! Thanks Rob and crew.......the aforementioned review was done about a year ago.Just had our 19 year machine serviced again and is like new. This company knows their business differently 5 STARS in our books.

We bought an espresso machine here recently. It was a big investment for us and Rob was super awesome and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. The machine arrived in 2 days and it is AMAZING! We're super happy to have been able to talk to a real person, buy local and have somewhere to take the machine when it needs servicing. THANK YOU!

Our Gaggia Brera was producing only a small amount of coffee, we cleaned it, to no avail and sent an SOS to Whitfield. They were friendly and prompt with advice on how to fix the problem - it simply needed reprogramming. 10 minutes later and our coffee machine was again doing what it needs to do - keeping out team of two dozen appropriately caffeinated! Can't thank them enough for saving the day with good advice, will definitely be using them for future repairs when needed!

My new Ascaso Dream machine had a pressure issue and I was directed to Troy at Whitfield to get it fixed. Highly recommend this shop. Troy and his team are super knowledgeable, friendly and fast! They had the machine back to me in no time with a simple valve replacement. If you have a coffee/espresso machine and need any service...these are the guys! Thanks Troy!

With the COVID situation restricting travel, I was in a jam as my customer needed help with his brewer in Victoria. Thankfully Troy and his team were there to fix the issue promptly. I truly appreciate the great job they did, I would highly recommend Whitfield Foodservice Equipment to anyone in the coffee industry.

Most excellent service. They have a huge selection of repaired and new coffee/espresso machines and warranty all of their work. If you are looking to buy a coffee machine, check them out first, chances are you will find something better for less.

These guys are the best! We initially had a Breville espresso machine, so developed a relationship with them as a service and repair shop. When it became clear that we were becoming co-dependent, after many heartbreaking visits with the Breville, they advised that we buy the Lelit Anna espresso machine and Fred (we call him Freddo) espresso grinder. They described Anna as having a heart of brass, which has been very accurate! For four years, she and Freddo have been providing us with consistently awesome coffee for years! We haven't had to visit Whitfield since purchasing Anna and Freddo, until she had a gasket failure this week. And, true to form, they had her right as rain, cleaned up, and back at home in two days at a very affordable service charge! So, in short, honest, reliable, professional, affordable, and above all understanding!

So glad we found these guys a few years ago. They have nursed our old Saeco long past the time when it should have bit the dust. Very knowledgable and friendly. They definately have the lets try to fix it not throw it away" attitude that is hard to find these days.We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!"

The owner of this shop is amazing. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I brought my Barista Pro in and, although he knew how to fix it, he encouraged me to get it dealt with under my existing warranty which I didn’t realize was still valid. This showed great business as he could have easily taken my money and fixed the machine. Honesty is the best policy! He truly cares for his clients! Ultimately, Breville ended up honouring the warranty and my machine is fixed but I am 1000% happy with my experience at Whitfield and would recommend them to anyone!
