Very very disappointed at the lack of professionalism of this company. Where do I even start…First off, our limo driver asked the men’s side for payment before he would go anywhere (even though it was paid for months in advance).. he was 35 minutes late to pick us up for the wedding making us late for the ceremony. When the driver showed up, he didn’t help anyone into the limo nor did he provide a step stool for us to get in. He took 10 minutes to start driving when we got into the limo because he was waiting on confirmation that we paid for it. The limo driver said to me “I don’t know where the heck I’m going so you’ll have to show me the whole way there” .. he proceeded to drive completely erratic the whole time making us spill our drinks all over ourselves. I’m saving the best part for last… the driver was high when he drove us, I know this because he told my brother in laws brother that he was when he drove them. My mom sent an email to the company addressing all of these concerns the other day but they didn’t want to reply! So enjoy your review guys!

This review is long overdue from my wedding June 4th 2022. Extremely unprofessional and questionable business practices. I first tried to reach out to them leading up to my wedding just to confirm everything and change my schedule a little bit as well as finalize any remain details. No response, so nervous leading up to my wedding not knowing if they were even going to show up. They did show up but the bus was different then the one I ordered, we were told it was new and better but there were a bunch of broken things inside and no bathroom, which I specifically requested because my sister was 8 months pregnant at the time. I was told that the package I paid for includes champagne

Driver was half hour late showing up from when we were supposed to depart. Driver had no idea where to go, even though I clearly laid out weeks in advance with Tom Mahood where pickup and drop off was. He had no GPS and was lost so my wife had to give him her phone on her data for the whole ride to london as he didn't know how to get to Budweiser gardens. Limo was filthy (gum in the cups, empty bottles laying around). Driver didn't know how to turn the a/c or radio on so we were absolutely ROASTING on the hour long drive. Driver was extremely unprofessional (possibly hungover or coming down from something) and when we asked for some form of discount for the terrible service he blamed his managers and told us there's nothing he could do we had to pay in full or find another ride home. Happy birthday to my wife! I should have listened to the bad reviews on here that sound on par with our experience. Did I mention the door didn't open? Our friends wife tried body checking it to open it but it was jammed. So we had to enter/exit into traffic downtown London.You will find better service from a 1990 Crown Vic taxi downtown Baghdad. Do NOT hire this company. 0/10

Booking was simple and communication was great - until the day of..We were told there was usb chargers on the bus and that the bathroom was fully functioning!We rented a full size coach bus for a group of grade 8’s to go to Wonderland from London. The bus showed up zooming in right at time- talk about making us worry we had been had. During the 5 minutes lead up I was texting and calling the owner Tom- who was at the same time trying to get ahold of the driver.The driver walked up the bus and cleaned some up. He then told everyone if it was a mess they were responsible for it. The toilet was 3/4 full and a coke bottle in it ! It was not clean nor was there toilet paper to use- there or back!!The bus was DIRTY and the driver was even worse - almost getting in 5 accidents on the drive there, in the rain! The kids were petrified!!I attempted to contact the owner Tom via text as we had communicated many times before to see if he could provide an explanation or even an apology- nothing. Guess he already had our money.Not a luxury service as the name of the company indicates. BEWARE!

We received exceptional service from Tom, the owner. He was extremely responsive and very helpful when booking our limo. You do a pay a bit more but it is worth it for the reliability. The only thing I didn’t like was being asked for a tip after paying a generous tip ahead of time. I feel this should be addressed after the wedding if there are any concerns.

What a night....First off, Tom and our driver Ron were amazing from getting everything set up to Ron putting up with us all night. Superior service and customer care. Thanks for a great night.

Tom and staff are great to deal with.Last year's experience was great compared to this year's.I rented a limo for a Christmas light tour of the surrounding area it was on a windy night so I asked in advance if it was going to effect the tour. I was told no so we decided to continue going.The weather was cold windy wet and limo had no heat so everyone was cold windows were all fogged up kids couldn't enjoy the light show. Due to the wind the half the people didn't have lights on. Not drivers fault but I did ask in advance and was told it wouldn't effect nothing.. just bad experience for the amount paid. Driver was really nice. When I was contacted by Tom to find out how the tour went. I told him about it then he said let me call you back and never did.. not some thing I would do again

Wonderful experience from start to finish with Tom and our awesome driver, Christopher. We used it for our wedding and picked up 25 people to and from our venue around London. Very accommodating to our schedule. Sound system and lights in the limo made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
