Been twice to see Dr Wee--I really like her! She took the time to discuss my eye health with me, and she's really compassionate. Will definitely continue with her.Also her current assistant is just lovely (and bilingual.)

I had an appointment for 22nd but when I arrived to the store, it was closed. After a while, a man came out and told me that the store was closed for the day, that I should have received a call to cancel the appointment, but that did not happen. First they cancel my appointment for 15th and now they did not even call to cancel todays appointment. This guy did not even knew full name of his workmates or who I can talk to for complainings, he kept saying he did no know, he did not know

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amy Wee and staffs at CDN store. I had blurry vision with my right eye, and none of other optometrists in my neighbourhood was able to take an appointment. CDN New Look welcomed me right way (2 days waiting time), did an exam, and gave me a referral to a specialist to be safe. Since my appointment for the specialist was scheduled in a month, Dr. Wee did a follow up exam and gave me a treatment plan. The specialist I saw was rude and had no patient (different office). Dr. Wee had patient. My eye is so much better, I was able to make a pair of glasses and get 6 months worth of contact lenses. Staffs were friendly and answered all of my questions.

All the staff were very very friendly, nice and very informative and could answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend going to newlook cote des neiges for eye exam and purchasing glasses.

My senior mother purchased 2 pairs of glasses at your location. Her eyes were also examined by your on site optometrist. She picked up her glasses a few weeks ago. Upon receiving them, she immediately said that she was unable to see with the glasses. She was told that she needed to get used to them and if they still weren’t good, they would redo the lenses. She went back, and in fact upon having another exam on site it was determined that the lenses were in fact incorrect. New frames were ordered and she was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. Surprise, surprise we are now over the 2 week mark, she called today and no one knew what she was talking about. She was finally told it would be another 2 weeks. Clearly, someone did not do their job!!! She is still without glasses, asked for a refund, and was refused despite the fact that she does not have the glasses, and your website clearly indicates a satisfaction guarantee or money refunded.To treat an elderly person as if she’s stupid and does not know better is shameful to say the least. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

Thank you for fixing my glasses which I bought really a couple of years ago. They're uncomfortable to wear so rarely to wear. I was just thinking of giving them a try, and surprised to find that the glasses could adjust like that. Very professional and caring, great service!

I had the worst experience at this place. Amy Wee was examining my eyes and told me that I had an eye disease and assumed the worst. She also looked like she was in a hurry. They made me wear a new prescription even if I told them I wasn't planning on buying a new pair of glasses. They took it back after 20 minutes and I had to go back home with a blurry vision. Couple days later I went to another optometrist and I was told I had nothing to worry about. It is so bad I wanna give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I'm give you a one.
