I have been taking my bunny there for years and they have helped us so many times, over and over again. I couldn’t be more grateful. They really know how to make a rabbit comfortable there. My bunny Dexter has always had good experiences with them, and their prices are very good. The vet and the whole team there are very knowledgeable on rabbits too. I recommend this place to everyone and they have always followed covid protocols and they make you feel really safe. They really do care about their clients and their pets! Dexter says thank you!!

BEST VET YOU CAN EVER GO TO, DR. PAWEL BIERACKI TOOK IN MY CAT FOR AN EMERGENCY AFTER A FIRE DESTROYED MY RESIDENCE AND THE CAT WAS UNABLE TO BE TAKEN OUT FOR TWO DAYS. DR. BIERACKI WAS KIND, COMPASSIONATE , AND LOOKED AFTER MY CAT BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HONEST, TRUST WORTHY, COMPASSIONATE VET AND HIS BUSINESS, I CAN'T THANK YOU DR. BIERACKI AND YOUR AMAZING STAFF THAT MY CAT RECIEVED FROM YOU , NO WORDS CAN EVER THANK YOU ENOUGH, THANK YOU ! :)

It's a nice place and the doc and the assistant is quite nice but having been to another vet - they are more a 3.5/5Where they are completely unhelpful is in the case of emergency - they don't ask what's going on even before they say they don't have time, and the receptionist is absolutely rude over the phone when you are panicking and has no compassion to even recommend another vet. They simply go this is not an emergency hospital.The good part is because they were quick to dismiss us, we checked a few other places and found a place that actually cares for your dog even when it's an emergency and a vet who gives a lot of helpful and honest advice.If you think you may need urgent help don't bother - they don't care, not even to listen to what happened to at least say it's not an issue or the dog can wait a few minutes and check these other places since we don't have availability. saying we are not an emergency hospital is the most unhelpful thing in the world

Finding a trustworthy veterinarian who genuinely cares for your pet can be a challenge. After visiting numerous veterinarians in Vancouver and the surrounding areas, I can confidently say that Dr. Pawel Biernacki stands out as the best. Over a year and a half ago, a friend recommended him to me, and it was a decision I'll never regret.Dr. Pawel Biernacki is an incredibly honest and compassionate individual. He never tries to push unnecessary services or products on you. When it came to my 11-year-old Jatzu breed with a heart murmur, I was considering getting his teeth cleaned, which would require anesthesia. Prior to seeing Dr. Pawel Biernacki, I consulted with 4-5 different clinics, all of whom deemed it safe to proceed with the teeth cleaning. However, upon consulting with Dr. Pawel Biernacki, he strongly advised against it, deeming it too risky. Instead, he recommended an alternative method to clean my pet's teeth and minimize the accumulation of tartar.I cannot praise him enough. If you are in search of a reliable veterinarian, I highly recommend Dr. Pawel Biernacki.

Had our cats and dogs here for 10 years. I have never met a kinder more compassionate group of people. Front end staff are all lovely and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they will find out and call you back. Dr. B is an amazing vet, who truely cares about the animals and finding them the best care. Doesn't push expensive products or procedures they don't need and tailors his care to the individual animal. Can't recommend them enough. Moved a few hours away is the only reason we aren't with them anymore and they will be missed!!

Unprofessional. Told me they would fix my dogs hip displacement. Got charged for anesthesia and nothing to show for it. They blamed it on my dog's bone structure even though they knew that from an xray scan I did prior.

Clueless and unprofessional. My diabetic cat has been having trouble breathing lately so I brought him in to this location. When they first ran some tests, they tried to tell me he WASN'T diabetic. Of course, he is, and the only people surprised by this were the vets at North Road Animal Hospital. Then, when they were checking his throat about his breathing, they tried to tell me that he has asthma, even though none of their tests suggested this. Asthma was literally just a guess on their part. They even went so far as to order the asthma medication without telling me and tried to get me to pay for it, which I naturally refused. Lastly, I asked them to do an X-ray on his throat so we could finally get an answer regarding his breathing difficulties. They did the X-ray, but not on his throat, on his CHEST, which told us nothing. I asked them to go back and X-ray his throat because that's what I wanted the first time, but they told me they would have charge me for BOTH X-rays. So I just paid my hefty vet bill and got out of there. All in all, I spent $1000+ at this location and didn't even learn what was wrong with my cat. Avoid this place at all costs!

They made probably one of the worst days of my life so much easier. I had to bring my little girl (cat) Tia in to be euthanized. The staff were so caring and supportive and I can't thank them enough for again making something that was so painful a little easier.

Fair price for pets services very good receptionists and doctors. I got my dog's rebbies shot and my little princess get puppy shots booster. Happy with the service.
