Joanna would likely be a good designer for a client who needs ‘from scratch’ assistance – her web page shows lovely designs.Unfortunately, our experience was that Joanna didn’t listen to clear/provided specifications – i.e. what materials would not work for us. Instead, she spent time (and therefore our money) creating design “schematics” that could not be utilized.Her initial retainer of $1500 was spent on 75% useless designs.Billing went almost 35% over budget just to provide the schematics in 1 meeting.We had to cut ties and she was quite rude when that occurred.

Joanna and her team have developed an incredible business. Joanna‘s expertise in this field is like none other around. Their design style stands out and you will not see the same thing twice. One thing that really stood out to me about Joanna that was different from all the other designers around is that she actually knows how to build a house from scratch, she has an engineering degree and is not only a designer but a contractor, so she understands the entire process very well. Her work has been featured in magazines and social media accounts all over the world and Jonna and her team offer a very high-end experience, but she also treats her clients like her friends and no project is too big or too small. Highly recommend this outstanding business.

We had long admired INDA's approach to interior design, so when we decided to upgrade to a new condo unit, we sent Joanna our floor plan and gave her free reign to do something interesting. The consultation process was thorough and she provided us clear updates throughout.We are extremely happy with the result––everything from the layout and colour scheme to the furnishings, fixtures, and accents are beautifully coordinated, modern, and unified from room to room. The design is especially fun and cheerful, and a topic of conversation when we have guests.Everyday we enjoy our beautiful home and do not hesitate to recommend INDA Interiors. It was a joy to relinquish this job to someone who clearly knows what she's doing and takes pride in her work.
