We recently moved to Collingwood, and met Carrie through a recommendation in a random conversation. Of course these recommendations are a hit or miss, however in our case, it was a win win. We did not expect it to turn out in meeting this amazing woman. Carrie is an absolute delight to work with. She has a feel for people and their needs, through a short conversation and getting a feel of our couple showings she knew exactly what we would love and appreciate, and found us a home in the shortest amount of time, despite the market up here being so limited and pricey, she kept our head straight with honest opinions and positive encouragement, never once rushing the process. Carrie is more than a realtor, she cares, and really makes sure she looks at all the details to make the experience so much smoother than expected. She is absolutely THE realtor to contact!
