I should have done this sooner! This clinic is great and I highly recommend working with them.Context: 34yr old male, obese, severe apnea, loud snoring, always tired, headaches, multiple visits to washroom during night.The process is very simple. Start with the doctor prescription, get working with benefits provider acceptance, schedule sleep test, and then you are quickly set for an appointment with a therapist. Simmie was my therapist and she was very helpful, professional, informative, and guided me through my trial and familiarized me w the Resmed CPAP Machine.I was very hesitant to go ahead with this as the cpap machine/mask made me worry the whole thing would be uncomfortable and difficult to breathe through but the mask I tried turned out great. It is very light and adjusts nice and snug to my mouth and under my nose. I am now getting deep sleep and the very loud snoring is no longer an issue for my family and there is peace and quiet in my household at nights. I feel very rested, my mood is better, and I don't get up to the washroom anymore during the night. I feel better and I look forward to continue working with this clinic. Highly recommended.

The staff are very accommodating, efficient and knowledgeable. The supplies are always available whenever you need it. And most importantly, they explain in detail how to use the machine and would interpret whatever the results are. Thanks Vanessa and other team members for all your help and for doing a wonderful job.

I am afraid my experience with Coastal Sleep was not favorable. Slow to follow up, phone messages unanswered for 2 weeks, a snippy response left on my voice message, etc. Two weeks after my last call they finally called to see if I wanted to set up an appointment. I declined and I will find another provider who understands customer service. I am disappointed leaving zero stars was not an option.

A friend of mine referred me to the coastal sleep apnea clinic located in South Surrey/White Rock and Vanessa Gilera, their registered respiratory therapist examined my sleep apnea problem and came up with an excellent plan. After using the CPAP machine recommended by her, my sleeping had improved significantly. Vanessa has been regularly in touch with me to make sure that the machine works well and proper cleaning/sanitary measures of the equipments have been taken care. Whenever I need to make adjustment to my CPAP machine or require any parts/filters, she is there to help. She is very caring and approachable person with adequate knowledge to treat respiratory problems. Their staff at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone with sleep apnea problems.
