Our power went out today causing the furnace to also go out. It's the middle of winter and Essex Powerline workers were here right away. They had to replace the old connections outside and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Thank for the great job.

Absolutely horrible service! closed my shop two months ago and I still get bills after I clearly told them the day I was cancelling and changing hands. and then they had the audacity to tell me that the water was never cancelled. The customer service should have a reprimanding. I’ve called them four times in the last month to make sure this is canceled This is the worst scam service in Ontario by far.

We got behind on bills and had to move from where we lived. $1200 final balance, tried to arrange a payment plan to get it paid off. Was told I had 1 month to pay in full or it would go to collections. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Guess they don't want to get paid. Racket

Your after hours Service" is the WORST I have ever experienced. My wife and I bought a house in LaSalle in December. We have experienced 4 Power outages. Last night was typical. Power went out shortly before 7:00 p.m.. I called to see if any outages were reported (Number 3 on your message). I called back (pressing Number 1 to report either an Emergency or to report an Outage). I called 14 times in an hour. EACH time I was placed on hold for roughly 30 seconds

I have travelled to many parts of the country and world and Essex Powerlines has by far the most outages, flickers, brownouts, and surges of anywhere that I have lived. Developing countries would be ashamed of a power grid this bad, but Essex Powerlines is completely indifferent as peoples' electronics get fried and productivity is lost. How are individuals and businesses in this county supposed to compete when they can't even depend on reliable electricity?

I know we had an ice storm and many are without power still since Wednesday, but with cold weather and chances of pipes all freezing in your home, I would say this is an emergency. I don't understand why they are not working around the clock till all are fixed, in this type of situation, terrible service.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible emergency response. Too many flipping outages. It seems like if someone in the area sneezes too hard the power goes out.

We had a power outage today. I tried to report the outage on their website but it was offline. I tried calling them noone answers. Is there a different company you can get elecricity from in Lasalle other than essex powelines?
