Called McKenna to replace a kitchen faucet and while they were onsite doing that job, I raised another issue that I was having with an outdoor faucet. They fixed that as well during the visit. I will use them again. Reasonably prices, friendly and great service.

Mark & Ben did a great job. They were personable and knowledgeable. I have used McKenna Plumbing in the past and would highly recommend them.

We had a terrible experience with them, two guys came in without discussing any quote and just had a look at the the toilet and said it it is fully broken. Also, asked me to pay 300$. When we refused since the maintenance was not scheduled and there was nothing they did other than lying by saying whole toilet is damaged and will cost $800. They took out the closing valve to the toilet tank and left with us noticing it, so when I turned on the water supply the washroom started flooding. When we texted them to ask about it they were threatening us to pay the $300 dollar plus tax for returning the closing valve. The whole event was very stressfull until the water supply was restored and the toilet leak was fixed.

I had an emergency with my powder room toilet the other day. Mark was able to send a guy over right away and replace the toilet. They were quick and efficient, no fuss, no muss.

Wife called A McKenna for our Glacier Bay toilet not draining properly. Plumber arrived opening the bathroom door and responded (just looking at the dual flush toilet) that it couldn't be fixed & that McKenna could replace it for $800. Plumber lifted the cistern lid, did not not depress the flush buttons and just said the whole toilet had to be replaced because once something goes wrong, they don't work". He advised that you couldn't replace the flush mechanism/canister because the parts don't exist. Both of us being a little shocked at the spot "diagnosis"

Previous plumber left us with some issues. McKenna guys fixed everything. Very professional. I have recommended them to friends. Very reliable.

I've used A. McKenna plumbing twice now. Once for a leak in the copper pipe in my basement and second for a leak in my garage and outdoor faucet replacements. Both times Ben came to do the repair and was extremely quick, efficient and courteous.

The service seemed to be performed very roughly, with parts being scattered noisily over the tiled bathroom floor. A part replaced In the toilet water tank resulted in a small ‘abrasion’ about two inches long on the finish of the toilet seat, as if a snakelike metal piece had rubbed over the edge of the seat. When contacted about this, McKenna immediately offered to replace the seat. A photo of the damage was sent to McKenna.Now several months and as many phone calls later, McKenna is reneging on that promise. McKenna asserts there is no proof the damage was caused by them, and that the seat ...”cannot be purchased without replacing the whole toilet.” This from a plumbing company (!) when In fact, the seat is available through many outlets online or for purchase locally for under $100.

We had Mark and David come to our south Oakville home to install a garburator system and new kitchen faucet. Our old faucet was leaking all over and we couldn’t handle it anymore. They were very prompt and professional!!Price was extremely reasonable and the service exceptional so we ended up having them back later in the week to replace our very old, very noisy sump pump. This one works like a dream and we barely even hear it. Absolutely necessary when your in the downtown area!!I would 100% recommend A. McKenna plumbing and I will definitely have them back when it’s time to upgrade our bathroom fixtures.Thanks guys!

Everything was great and the quality was awesome. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
