905 Waterproofing

I had Brenden paint the exterior siding and windows of my 2 story house.He was extremely punctual. Showed up every day he said he would.Weather was an issue as it was late in season yet he still made it work.While painting foundation he found many cracks and holes. They went above and beyond and did a beautiful job patching the holes prior to painting.Project took longer than expected due to these add ons and weather yet he honoured his very fair price right to the end.Will use him again in a heartbeat

Not happy. Brenden and his team came to waterproof the front of our house but then didn’t complete the wrap around the one side of the house which was originally agreed upon. I was fine with that until we noticed we were still having water come into the cinder blocks in the basement. He agreed to come back and finish what was originally agreed upon but kept putting it off saying his company has been very busy lately. He gave us the okay to remove the cement block which was in the way of him doing the wrap around. So my husband removed the cement in preparation for Brenden’s arrival as he said he would be coming within the next few days. Brenden kept putting it off saying he was busy and now a couple of months have gone by. He has not returned any calls, texts, FB messages, or emails.

Brenden was great to work with, very personable and keep us in the loop the whole time. The pricing and quality were spot on. He took on my whole house project and completed it in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

905 Waterproofing was great! Highly recommended. Brenden has the resources to handle any job big or small. I was out of the country,I had a simple waterproofing job, but unexpected complications came. Brenden took care of everything for me, he arranged for other tradesmen to assist, he was essentially a general contractor for that job. Everything was done as what the initial quote stated. I own rental properties, I come by kijiji guys all the time. I had my guard up from the start, but Brenden proved he was reliable and a man of his words. They do require a deposit before starting the job, it's only natural to have some sort of guarantee before he sends his team out. They earned my trust, they had reasonable pricing as well. 905 was by far the best kijiji tradesmen I've found, highly recommended. They are hard working guys who honor their words, anyone out their looking for reliable guys for a job, call Brenden!

Had Brenden and his crew come out and dig up the side of our house so we could waterproof it. 3 guys, 3 shovels, and a couple days and it was done. 27 ft L x 18 W x approx 5ft depth. Very impressed as it was a driveway side backfilled with a lot of rock.Pricing and service both top notch."

Brenden and 905 Waterproofing came to our house because we had moisture in an unfinished part of our basement. He came in and dug out around the affected area, filled all the holes and cracks with cement, tarred the outside wall, and waterproofed it with BlueSkin. He then lay new weeping pipes around the back of our house. Everything was backfilled with dirt and he then lay gravel on top so it wasn't bare dirt on top.His quotes were extremely reasonable for the work he was doing. His timeline was reasonable for the amount of work he needed to do. One area that needed work was underneath a deck we have in the backyard. He and his crew were able to dig underneath it and work without needing to disturb the deck. One of the days was rained out which delayed him from getting things done on that day, but he managed to get everything done within his quoted timeline anyways, and even came in on a Saturday just to make sure everything was clean and tidy before calling the job complete.Thanks Brenden for the excellent job you and your crew did to our house!!
