My husband and I had a positive experience at ListenUP! Canada in Brantford. The people there were very friendly, the audiology tests were administered well, and the recommendations for the future were clearly laid out for us to consider. We left happy and satisfied with our visit there and will check back in a couple of years for another hearing update.

I had a very pleseant visit. The reception was very helpful and very nice and the Doctor I had seen was amazing, very professional and very nice I was in and out quickly for the amount of people in the waiting room. 20-25 min tops. Definitly recommend this place.

Welcoming, informative and very non aggressive. I have 2 more weeks on complimentary trial and am extremely satisfied, I am hearing sounds I forgot existed. Please note this is my 3rd experience with hearing aids from competing aid centres and I am so far satisfied beyond my expeditions.

Biggest rip off in hearing aid centres ever. These guys are as smooth as a used car salesman. Slick marketing making you think you have a great deal when, if fact, they add charges that aren't legally allowed...then discount them to seem wonderful. Would not waste my time here.

I brought my Mother here for new hearing aids. They are very caring and friendly. Everything was explained to us. The care of the hearing aids to cleaning, etc. The entire process from fitting to receiving and adjusting the hearing aids was fast and thoroughly explained!! I was very happy with the product and service was fantastic!! Thank you, ladies!!

I had a very good experience with ListenUP in Brantford. I purchased hearing aids and have been extremely pleased with them. The people at the Brantford location have been so helpful during and since my appointment with them. I was sceptical about the whole experience prior to my visit to ListenUp but am very happy I made the contact and am enjoying hearing things which I haven't for years.

Great phones on sales for the hearing and vision impaired at super great prices. Only on now for short time. My mom got one and made a great difference to her in communication with others!
