I had issue with my shoulder which prevent me playing tennis without pain, Dr Chan, helped me with it, i feel so much better, no more pain when I lift my arm. And I can play better tennis thanks to his help.

I have been going to this clinic since the beginning and the service here is the absolute best. I have recently been seeing Dr. Nick Crivici due to a sprain on my knee and he has been great. He listens to all of my concerns and does a great job in helping with recovery. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great chiropractor.

Before coming to Peakform, I had been to different clinics, struggling to manage on/off hip and back pain for over a year. Dr Dominic Chan was the first one to patiently assess the misalignments that might be causing pain under the surface. He's very communicative on what to expect for treatments, carefully explained what is happening in my body and found ways to visualize it for me.Going to a physio in tandem, they were also impressed with my progress back to proper alignment so quickly.I highly recommend Dr Chan to anyone looking for a great chiropractic experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Chan! If you're unsure about seeing a chiropractor, he's great at explaining what he's doing and making sure you feel comfortable. His staff is super friendly at both locations.

I've been seeing Dr Chan for over a decade and he also treats my husband and family. I'm happy he's expanded his office to Burnaby, as it's just a 10 min walk from my home. He's a talented and caring chiropractor, and I would recommend his office to anyone who would like to improve their general health. Sophia, the receptionist at the Burnaby office is a pleasure.

I am very impressed with Dr. Dominic Chan.He is a very professional and thorough chiropractor. He is always able to identify my problems and comes up with an effective treatment. Then, he will have a set of home exercise (stretches) to help me to recover or improve my condition. His clinical knowledge is outstanding. His office is clean and cozy. My husband recommended Dr. Chan when I pulled my back 2 weeks ago. I was a little skeptical because I had never seen a chiropractor before. However, I am so glad I decided to meet him. I could barely walk and was using a cane on my initial visit. Dr. Chan is so easy to talk to and explained the process and what to expect, which completely eased my fears. He also provided me with great advice which helped manage my initial back pain. After 3 sessions, I see so much progress. Dr. Chan made my first chiropractic experience a great one! I would absolutely recommend peakform wellness!

Dominic is a great chiropractor. He is informative, knowledgable, and overall just a nice guy. Reception is also very friendly and the whole office is clean and organized. I appreciate that he doesn't push you to do more treatments than you need to like some other practitioners out there. I've recommended Dominic to my friends and family and everyone has had successful treatments and a great experience

Dr. Chan took very good care of me, taking the time to understand the events that potentially led to my sore neck condition. He carefully explained the thought process and walked me through the observations and exercises that led him to determine what treatments to provide. Throughout both sessions, he clearly articulated what he was doing and what to expect, so there was no surprises. The office was neat, tidy, and clean. The receptionist was very friendly too. An overall excellent experience!
