Planning to head back there this week and hopefully have my issue resolved.. Just before Christmas I had my phone screen replaced because I had dropped it and it was cracked. The experience at that time was OK. The gentleman said it would be about 45 minutes and the actual time was closer to 2 hours. He was apologetic and offered a free pop socket as compensation for the delay which I appreciated and was satisfied with. However, the phone has since not worked properly. Some days seem to be better than others but overall the screen doesn't work properly the majority of the time. The phone acts as though I am touching it when I'm not and as a result it is constantly selecting things, opening things, doesn't allow me to type or select because it thinks I'm already pressing somewhere else. I'm giving a 2 star review because the screen is not working the way a new intact screen should be working but I did appreciate that the person I dealt with recognized the extended wait for the repair and compensated me. Hopefully the store resolves the issue and I am able to comment in a positive way following that.

Beware of this place! Will not mention about the return/exchange policy while you buy. Wont return your product even if you get back there within the next hour. Once you paid off for your stuff, you are on your own. Doesn't deserve a single star.

Pricey !!!!

After shelling out $15, I was able to have the screen protector on my device replaced, and I was delighted by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Fatina, who made the entire process a breeze. Furthermore, I was impressed by the promptness and efficiency of the service, which was executed flawlessly. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Fixed my cracked screen but replaced it with a terrible dull screen that doesn’t respond to touch half the time and freezes. Have to lock and unlock to get it to work again. Compared to other iPhones and the screen is yellowish and dull at full brightness. Told the employee and he told me to take it to a different store. 0/5 if I could.
