But the excellent Customer Service at Canada Drives walked us through the application, selection, financing and ultimately pick up processes. Buying a car online felt like we had support at our fingertips every step of the way. The 7 day test own" time period where we could return our exchange the car no questions asked provided all the extra comfort we needed. Thank you Canada Drives!"

Canada Drives surpassed my expectations. I was hesitant to try this online car dealership at first but upon seeing the great reviews and their wide inventory, I decided to give it a try— best decision made! The process was straightforward, and their website is easy to navigate. It is surprisingly a quick transaction as the car was ready in less than three days. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The car I chose is in great condition and within a reasonable price range. I am happy with this purchase and there is no doubt I’ll recommend Canada drives to family and friends!

While the car itself is definitely 5 stars and the entire experience was incredibly easy and seamless I have to give 4 stars and there are a few reasons for that.The first reason being that I never, and still haven't actually, spoke to the same person twice. That, to me, just feels super sketchy and scammy and incredibly impersonal. I get the premise of the business but in all my communications which was in every facet (email, phone and text) to never speak to the same person twice struck me as so odd. I would think, especially given the risk you are taking by purchasing a vehicle online and unseen that they would assign you an account manager or something where you are dealing with one person, maybe two, just to establish that level of trust and some form of a relationship.The second reason is their response times. Everything happens so fast and is so time sensitive that you would think that they would be a little more prompt in replying to your questions. My biggest issue with that was after I started the purchasing process and they came back to me with my offer and they give you 24 hours to accept it or the car gets released to be purchased again. My offer was higher than I wanted due to my budget and I was trying to see if we could extend the payment terms to lower the payments. They responded to my question by asking a question and then I never heard from them again regarding the issue despite my replying to them. I was caught between a rock and a hard place as I needed a car that week and my 24 hour time clock was almost up so I was forced to accept the offer at the higher payment because they stopped responding. That left a sour taste in my mouth.The last reason is that they made me sign the same papers twice. Once during the purchasing process and then again as my final documents before they delivered the car. I found that so strange. Why would the exact same financial documents need to be signed twice? I figured the release documents to deliver the car would be different but no, they weren't. They also paid some Service Ontario parking tickets that I sent them money for which they were to provide an invoice for upon delivery but I never received that.Overall, I would still recommend them as the concept and the process was super easy. Plus, Paul, who delivered the vehicle, was fantastic and so friendly!! I just think that there is perhaps room for improvement in the process.

Canada Drives is amazing!Within 5 days, i had my car at my house. All the customer service representatives are amazing, and the process was easy and seamless. I definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a car to go through them.I am in love with my car, and it looks brand new. The agent that helped me with my car when i arrived to pick it up was amazing and i had my car within 10 minutes!The car had a full tank of gas as well, so made my trip home even easier !

I was pre-approved fast and started shopping on the website for a vehicle that was within my budget. My new vehicle was delivered at my home and I am so happy. Absolutely seamless process. Approved quickly, car was delivered to my home within 4 business days and it was beautiful. Exactly as advertised. The delivery driver was amazing and helpful. They followed up with me 3 times asking if everything was well. Buying a car has never been so easy. No pressure, no sales guy. Excellent experience and service.

Just bought my car from Canada Drives! I was a little skeptical at first as everything is done online but I’m glad I did. Customer service was very accommodating, allowing me to choose an appropriate delivery time that works for me. You don’t have to deal with those annoying car salesmen. Everything went smoothly and they prepare everything ahead of the delivery (including the license registration and getting plates). They let you play around with the car for an hour during delivery and you have up to 7 days to return if not satisfied. I personally took my car to a third party garage for an inspection just in case and they said it is in excellent condition. Very happy with my purchase! :)

My whole car buying experience with Canada drives was flawless from start to finnish. Their website was very user-friendly and explained every car is great detail.
