We came to the store looking for stroller. Evelyn there was just superb in her customer service skills. She gave us the best deal and also learned a lot about the strollers which helped us make the right decision. I would come back to the store for other things just because she was the person who helped us set up for the baby registry.

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service at this location. We bought a 4 in 1 convertible crib for Black Friday and of course didn’t open the box until recently. The head was damaged as if it had been kicked … Manager Ashley was amazing. As a new mom expecting her first baby in a few weeks and if I said I was panicking that would be an understatement. Ashley fixed the problem the same day. Hands down I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more furniture from this location.

Today I went to Babies R Us in Upper Wentworth location. It was my first time there and had such a wonderful experience, Hana was so kind and helpful. She helped me set up my baby registry and taught me about how it all works. Hanan gave me my Free Baby Swag bag & she also made sure someone helped me with taking my large purchase to my trunk.If you go there make sure to ask for Hanan to help you she is is so sweet.I am definitely coming back all the workers there are amazing.

I had the best experience at the upperwentworth location in Hamilton !I am expecting my first baby in January and went in to start a baby registry, feeling very overwhelmed, had no clue what I needed or what was the best products butThankfully the wonderful Evelyn was there and helped me the whole time and gave the best advice to what I would need or not. She is so knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress-free!I recommend her to anyone who needs help and direction !I will tell everyone to book with her !

Please consider carefully before buying. I ordered online and pick up my order - a USED, dirty Peg Perego Siesta with no cushion. It shows that they keep a return without checking and send it to another customer. You might never know your purchases have been used by another ones and it is a serious Covid-19 concern! Please watch out before open any packages and sanitize them all even they looks like new :(
