These guys were amazing not only was the cleanup job amazing but nothing to complain about not even a speck of shingle it did a better job than anyone in Strathroy. Very knowledgeable

Richard and his crew completed a new asphalt roof for me in August 2019. From the start Richard was very flexible and easy to work with. He gave us a few options and answered any questions we had. His quote was fair and less than several others. He and his crew were able to finish the job in a day and it looks great. They were also clean and left no mess behind. I would say what Richard does best is communication. He was very good at keeping me in the loop, giving precise times and letting me know if something changed.Would recommend.

After receiving multiple quotes for a replacement roof, we went with Action 1. About one month later, the job now complete, we have no regrets about our decision. Richard's attention to detail was evident during his initial visit and a subsequent trip to help us pick out a suitable shingle colour. This continued over the couple of days he and his team took to roof our two-storey house and detached garage. The price for the job was extremely fair and the quality of the work was exceptional. Richard is an excellent communicator who honoured announced timelines from beginning to end. We highly recommend Richard and the team at Action 1.
