Pro-Tech Carpet Cleaning
I have used these guys for a number of years. Finally thought I should write a review after seeing how they brought my couch back to life yesterday. I have a small personal carpet cleaning machine to deal with usual stuff...but I get Pro-tech in to do a major cleanup once or twice a year. Their guys know what they are doing and do a far better job then I can ever do. Was REALLY impressed with what they did to my couch. I guess I'm keeping it a few more years. :)

Pro-Tech Carpet Cleaning
They ruined our expensive ottoman during cleaning. They got a pink stain from their reactive cleaning solution on the center of the ottoman. We showed it to them before they left and they said it would go away when it dried. A week later it was still there. We called David Nyman to complain but he argued vehemently that it must have been from a pet". We don't have any pink pets.... After a long argument David finally sent his crew out to redo the work. Sadly
