Mr. Pretzels

Very good service, friendly guys behind the counter. Pretzels are soft and very tasty, generous toppings.

Food here is so good! The best!

Worst experience always, i ask for cinnamon sugar pretzels bite they don't add proper amount of cinnamon sugar on top it seems tasteless all the time.

I ate the salty plain pretzel and enjoyed it so much, it made me want to eat the sweet one. Maybe next time.

To whom It May concern,I am writing this email to inform about the service I receive at Mr. Pretzels, Kelowna, BC Branch on Aug 9, 2021 at roughly around 2:45 pm. It was a bad Service ever I 've ever received from food service industry , and since Mr. Pretzels is opened here in Kelowna; one of the employee /cashier named GARRET" He is so rude with unprofessional mannerism provide . I had been ignored after saying Excuse Me to him couple of times. the store is not busy there's only 2 customers including me in the store . I foundno reason for him not to hear me as I was standing right in front of him while there are 3 other employees in the not-busy store .Finally he came to cahier till and I asked for the stamped card after the purchase was made and he is basically threw it at me as it dropped on the ground. Seriously I expect nothing from customer service

Literally SO good. I visited Canada last November and did some shopping at the mall, which is when I first tried this place. My boyfriend and I proceeded to loop back around two more times to get more. We were in Kelowna again last week, and stopped by the mall specifically to go by Mr. Pretzels. Now it’s one of our spots.

Pretzels were yummy, i liked how they were in a cup.

The pretzels here are delicious. However, I have observed interactions where the workers are rude to each other. I hope they see this and address it because team dynamics are very important. Again, great pretzels, I will continue to visit them.

10/10 highly recommend!!! Placed a huge order for a work event and Aziz and his colleague went above and beyond to pull it off for me. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Will definitely order again. Thanks again!
