The whale watching tour organised by Croisieres AML from Tadoussac was amazing. The boat was well maintained and commentary was provided in both english and french. The crews were polite and well mannered.

Overrated and not worth the price... we had to wait 45 minutes after the cruise start time because they got mixed with the number of people on the zodiac. We saw a few whales but from very far and barely went above the water so you have to lower the expectations and not really base it on the photos shown on the website.

Disappointed in this company. You pay a great amount of money to spend time at the zodiac and see and learn about whales. But there was allmost no explanation, the dry jackets and bottoms were absolutely not enough to stay warm. The captain kept on moving very fast, without seeing any whale, without explaining. Everyone got soaked and nobody could even sit up straight to look out due to the amount of water that kept coming onto the boat and in your face. Very expensive to sit for 2hours+ while crawling up and trying to stay warm. They said to dress warm but if you are completely wet this is only colder (my hat, gloves, scarf.. everything was soaked) They should have cancelled the trip, weather was not good enough. Chances of sightings were not good enough (that’s why other company’s are still closed this early in season). Also, we went out with 2 zodiacs, but the group was not spread properly. So while we were on a full boat, others had the boat allmost to themselves.. spare yourself some very cold feet and stay away from this companyAdd: I've been trying to reach the company with my complaint and to find a suitable solution (I really feel our safety was at risk). But nobody is responding. I was at the tadoussac office, they told me to send an email, but nobody reacts to that. Then I went by the Montreal office, new email adress and still no response). Very low customer experience.. Stay away people, read all the latest reviews!!Update: Finally had contact but no service, very dissapoiting. They do not give what you pay for, they keep saying to dress warm which is only even more dangerous when you get completely wet. No refunds, they do offer other tickets for a boat trip in montreal or quebec. Very helpfull solution when you live in Europe. It feels like i’ve been scammed. Do not book!

Saw lots and lots of minke, fin, and beluga whales, as well as both grey and common seals. Commentator was great at his job and knew some pretty good jokes, and you could sit inside of the cabin if you didn't want to brave the cold.Downside is, the cabin is still quite cold, and the shuttle service sort of forgot about us and arrived 20 minutes late, so we only barely arrived to the port in time for boarding

We purchased our tickets online but I think it might've been a better deal buying them in-person or by calling them. It was quite pricey ($100 per person) but you're not going to go whale-watching every weekend. We ended up seeing a few beluga whales and some adorable seals. Unfortunately, the wind was too strong so we had to leave the area known for seeing a lot of whales. We also got super soaked and spent the rest of the ride freezing wet.

Zodiac whale watching is must do! There is only 25 people max, the guide tells you interesting facts about whales and seals.I got very lucky with whales and out guide/captain, and we saw so many whales just right next to our boat!If you don’t have a seasickness not health problems, you have to take this zodiac tour! Amazing experience!❤️

Loved the zodiac whale watching tour! Saw beluga, humpback and minke whale! The captain was helpful and had good knowledge of whales, directed us and stopped for us to watch and take photos whenever there is a whale in sight. Explained in both French and English too. 2 hour is enough and 2.5 hours is good too! Will probably see more whales. It’s nice that They give out water proof wind breakers (both jacket and pants).

We bought 2 tickets for a 24people zodiac tour. We specifically said that we wanted the small boat. At the time for the tour they put us in a 40 people boat. Since the boat was ALSO crowded, the SPLIT my bf and me. We bought the tickets to do it together and they put us one each side of the boat. During the tour they spent about 1 hour showing us a whale sleeping, while all the other boats were watching whales eating, jumping. HORRIBLE TREATMENT, not prepared captain. Don't go for this company! There are many others, cheaper and better than this s* .
