I go to Joe’s No Frills once a week to stock-up on staples and household supplies. Having gone here for years, you get to recognize a lot of the staff. I have always found the team at this location to be courteous and friendly. The pandemic has added to a lot of stocking and shelving issues with grocery stores and I have to say the shelves are still fairly stocked at this location. There are a few sections where stock is limited but I don’t believe that to be a merchandising issue within the store because I see a lot of people stocking shelves, cleaning and organizing grocery items while I’m in the store. I think the empty shelf spaces are part of our bigger pandemic issues and not in-store merchandising. With the holidays quickly approaching, I’ll make a few more extra trips to No Frills for my Christmas baking needs and party supplies. The prices here on certain items are consistently lower than the competitors (produce and veggies, baking supplies and frozen foods including juice). A good grocery store overall that is always busy which translates into a good turn around on products making them fresh and within their expiry date.

Great store but some employees could do better. The attitude from certain cashiers is TOTALLY uncalled for. Asking some employees here where things are is like pulling teeth. They are either conversing with each other and when you ask them to help you it’s like you’re bothering them! Like if you don’t want to work, quit.

I love Joe's No Frills, its a wonderful grocery store. My only wish is that cashiers ALWAYS ask customers if they have an OPTIMUM CARD. Because I sometimes forget to scan mine. Please please ask your cashiers to always ask customers for their optimum card. After a large shop I get so angry with myself that I forgot to use my optimum!!!

Clean and big grocery store..all groceries available here at fare price and in good quality..very spacious,always stocked and well organized. One of the best place to shop for all grocery needs. Staff is very polite and always supportive. During flyers they offer good discount on range of products. Always buy chicken from here. Self check out also available so you don't have to be in long queue for billing. Always feels fresh here. They should keep asian foods also just like freshco do..Highly recommended!!...prices are gone higher from last 3 to 4 minths.

This is definitely one of the best No Frill's locations I've been to. As far as No Frill's goes, it's got it all and it's actually a massive location that has a lot of products. Some interesting products that are in line with the Southeast Asian population in the neighbourhood, which is great.

I try to use the automated cash out to give the cashiers a break. When there is incorrect pricing it will take extra time to try and correct it as I found out today, after 15 minutes of my wasted time it still was not resolved. There was two price errors. I pointed out the law that they must honour items up to $10:00 off when priced wrong. I thought that 3 employees were enough to correct the issue. Then a fourth employee came and said no. I went back 20 minutes later to take pictures of the wrong tags. They had not been removed. In fact, the very products that had caused such an issue were back in the fridge. This would cause someone else the exact same issue as it caused me (if they noticed, if not, no frills gets to cheat them too) One of the 3 employees refused to give me the fourth employee's name. Said she didn't know" Turns out it's "Yanis" The yogurt scanned at $3:39 each at the cash out

Produce dept is always well stocked with very fresh and delicious fruit and vegetablesStaff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. And great deals on different products every week.

It has become a favorite of mine. Don't be fooled by the no frills. Excellently stocked and the vegetables and fruit are super fresh and stocked every day. I love it here and the staff are so lovely, so nice and so welcoming.

Instead of asking people to be careful and check what they buy, display items that are acceptable, otherwise this display, damaged goods caused by careless work, can be sent to customers without anyones knowing.

You know what? Everything about this setup (grocery store in a mini-mall with no street access bookended by some failing businesses and a McDonalds populated by sleeping people with an inordinate amount of luggage) said this is a mistake"
