I have been going to Frank for many years, and never a disappointment. I have never known him to fix something that didn't need it. He has always been very professional, and his workers are second to none. I would recommend Franks to anyone that wants there vehicle fixed right. As for services I would trust Frank with. Absolutely anything.

Franks Auto,I have been dealing at Franks for many many years on recommendation from a fellow worker at GM,he is honest and bussier than a one arm paper hanger,his rates are good as is his work and I have sent many others his way.

I have taken my vehicles to Franks Auto several time over the last few years. They are always very quick and very honest and helpful. As a woman I have found it hard to take my vehicle in as I don't know anything about vehicle repairs but at Franks they explained everything to me and gave me options when repairs required were expensive. Grateful for their services and help!

Frank is the best! We needed some body work for a road trip to Ottawa last weekend and he was able to get it done at the last minute. Top quality service and highly professional! And he's a whiz at fixing up vintage cars and trucks!

Time sensitive means NOTHING to these folks. So unless you have a backup vehicle, should probably go somewhere that will get your vehicle back in a reasonable time. My car I previously brought to him took 2 solid weeks just to make it on the hoist and the dolly did damage that I never mentioned too (because the price was fair)Wouldn't have cared if he just told me that he didn't have time, instead I wasted almost my entire caa membership bringing the truck there, then to another shop that did have time.He was aware I lived 2.5 hours away and made me waste an entire day and 3 total tows from caa. OH ya bring it on by and I'll take a look at it first thing in the morning " quote unquote. Truck didn't even budge for 30 hours.I've used them in the past and was happy with the work. But WON'T be returning unless he buys me another caa membership.Lost a good customer because he couldn't say 4 simple words "I don't have time" knowing I lived 2.5 hours away"
