1 star is too generous for this mob. I asked basic questions such as do you know when the timing chain was last changed and if there is a printed carfax report or service history before viewing the car. This was a back and forth for 5 days with them. 2mins later after saying i could come and see it tomorrow. I asked i need know what you have on the car 1st service and timing wise. It was conveniently sold. Red flags and alarm bells if ever I saw them. These are not hard questions i asked.

TERRIBLE! One star is wayyyy too many stars!!Do not buy from Auto Urbain! Bought a first car, safety information was not shared until AFTER 30 days, therefore no legal repercussion can be applied!Ownership information was mailed" (has yet to be received by mail!). Had to go pick up the ownership with the safety but the safety was "unavailable"

Wow, I'll be honest, I was a little worried this might be sketchy leading to a bad deal. I couldn't have been more wrong. I found a car I liked, Mazda 2010, low mileage, needed a ton of work for a safety, but he offered to get it good to go. He followed through and my mechanic I usually use told me I got a fantastic deal and that the work they did was well done. Highly recommend buying from them, they are willing to make fair deals and ensure you're taken care of!

found a car i liked on kijiji here. didn't expect much from the look of the place, but i got a great deal on my trade in as well as a solid used car at a good price and they were good about fixing a minor problem after the sale on warranty. no problem for a new anglo quebecois to be served in english as well, only good things to say about this place. if i needed another i'd look here first.

Honte aux garagistes qui sont malin avec les femmes (et parfois même les hommes) en prenant avantage de leur innocence dans le domaine pour tenter de les escroquer. TOUS les clients et clientes méritent un service honnête! Sinon c'est du vol! Proprio pas clair par rapport au changement d'huile qu'il ne désire pas vraiment faire (car pas payant) alors il fini par faire mettre de l'huile sous mon capot et me dit que ça provient d'une fuite de la transmission et alors ça coûterait autour des $1800!!!Résultats: je suis allée vérifier avec un ami très connaissant et il m'a dit: as-tu de l'huile qui coule dans ton entrée de cour? Non en effet, assez révélateur! Wow! Et même si ça coulerait, si ça fuit très peu, fort probable que vous pouvez négliger ce problème jusqu'à 10 ans puisque c'est ce que mon ami a fait sans répercussion. Il vérifiait son huile de transmission régulièrement et en rajoutait au besoin. J'espère d'avoir aider plusieurs à éviter de se faire profiter.
