Lots of activities and events you can part in and truly with everything they have it's very competitively priced as well. Very well maintained and clean. We only used the Fieldhouse but my overall impression was great

Solid workout area and sizeable pool with a lot of diving boards. Second gym by the pool looked good too. My gripe is that when you pay admission, they don't stamp or give a wristband and I had the workers yelling at me saying I can't go into the pool when I had just came from the gym because they wanted to see proof that I paid. All other rec centers I've been to have a visible proof of payment system to avoid anything awkward like that.

This is a good place to enjoy a good workout and if you love walking. This is for you to come walk the track in the winter months do to the weather. If you are interested in team events come out to watch indoor track and field event or even a Special Olympics event at the Fieldhouse if you are interested in something like that...!!

Our grandson, who doesn't drive, belongs to a track club here. Driving him forces us to honour one of our New Years resolutions.Great exercise on the walking track then finishing on the bikes.Al McDonald

The staff are nice and you can do a lot of activities here!! They have exercise bikes, a weights/treadmill area, tennis courts, a track, sand pit, and many other things to do.
