This place rocks. Great food, sweet atmosphere, great service. Out with our friends from Grande Prairie and enjoyed everything about the evening.

I had a reservation for my BF's bday. Everything was great.. service and food. Our server (Andrew) was awesome..when we were having our dessert he also had a slice of cake with a candle for my bf..☺️

Would not recommend, we had an underwhelming experience. The soups were salty/cold and their pasta lacked cheese, seasoning and was undercooked. The waiter was rushing us as well.

Have not had a bad experience at this location in the last 15 years I've been coming here on my summer vacation. I make a point to stop by at least once a year. Even during dinner rush the servers always do regular checks to make sure our drinks were filled and we were happy with our meal

Ordered off skip! Loved the packaging and how they attached my cheese and butter on the side so it didn’t melt and that I got a whole loaf of bread (yum), however the pasta could use some more sauce. The minestrone soup was flavourful and the meatballs were a bit dry, but overall I enjoyed the meal. I would say 3.5/5.

I went here for an early supper on my Birthday. I totally forgot this location even existed. We requested to be sat in the trolley, and they were able to accommodate. Our server Michael was very polite, and seemed to show up at the exact right moments. The food was delicious. The bread with garlic butter, and the minestrone soup is always the highlight for me. I also had the roasted garlic grilled chicken, which was so tasty! They knew it was my Birthday, and I got a surprise piece of chocolate cake which was so decadent. I will definitely be going back.

One person in our party has Celiac disease and the restaurant was extremely kind, considerate, and thoughtful towards them. There's a whole gluten free menu and the garlic chicken was amazing.Also, the food was very delicious and a great price. Thank you!

very lovely place. as a person who works in a restaurant, i know how hectic large parties are, especially a party of 51 people. we came in on a school trip and it was a very lovely time, and our server was amazing.she worked fast, efficiently, and most of all, was kind. she deserves any ounce of kindness she receives. Christina was our server, and she is terrific.thank you also to the back of house, to the dishwashers, expos and line chefs. they did the hardest part, making sure that their job was done as well as that the server's job could be done as well.all around thank you to everyone, it was a lovely meal and am super appreciative

We went for lunch to have spaghetti and enjoyed the bonus sourdough bread(s), salad, tea/coffee, and ice cream! It's All Included!A really great meal, portioned perfectly for lunch!

Had the pleasure of visiting for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. Another hidden gem in downtown Edmonton.Firstly, as with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Fortunate to have met Sherrilyn who provided a stellar experience. She gets customer service!Secondly, the food. It was delicious. Served timely, temperate and with a smile.Lastly, the atmosphere. The decor harkens backs to days of old. Checkout the streetcar in the restaurant! Yes, a streetcar!Highly recommend multiple visits.
