Attention Everyone... this is the most organized and well serviced Tim Hortons chain. Everytime we order, we go through the drive through and each time the line up moves very quickly; the moment you place your order and drive up to the window everything is ready. In less than 3 minutes we order, pay, and get our coffee sometimes a breakfast sandwich too.Honestly, this Tim Hortons branch is top notch. We have a closer Tim Hortons near us, but we'll drive to the one on Montarville in Boucherville b/c even if it's a 5 minute drive I know it'll only be +1 more minute.Great Job Team ... Keep up your great service!

We were served by a young gentleman named Matthew. Although it seemed like he was by himself on the shift but he managed our order really well. We ordered two double doubles and food along with it. Thanks for being courteous as well as efficient in your job. Bravo Matthew, and thanks Tim Hortons!

Service was great. The clerk was sweet and funny yet professional. The best iced cappuccino I had was there even though I thought all the Tim Hortons had the same flavors everywhere.

I give this branch the highest rating for the training & quality assurance it is missing.On several visits I've witnessed donuts with watered-down, see-through icing barely covering the top of the dough.Management, what can you put in place to better the quality of some of your products?The staff is extremely friendly!Sincerely,Your friendly neighbourhood consumer ;)

Two idiots working in the morning everyday.Asked for a medium coffee with 2 cream and they gave me a small black coffee.They never open the front door even if it’s 6:30They don’t understand english so u have to use a translate app to show them your order.Secondly he took my cellphone from the window inside the store without even asking.Sick world we live in. They don’t have basic manners.
