I had a great experience purchasing my first car from Pickering Volkswagen. Andrew Reid was amazing to work with and was very transparent with the whole process. My car had an expected ETA of about a month and a half prior to being delivered. Andrew kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and made sure I was in the loop on when to expect my car. I felt very comfortable purchasing my very first car through Andrew and the process was very smooth! I love my new car!

the vehicle serviced belongs to Meredith Cutting. It is a 1917 Passat that was bought new at Pickering VW and has been serviced there since being bought. The service is always great and everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to take care of my vehicle and my needs. This service was to replace my seasonal tires and rims, do an oil change and replace the wiper blades. While in, the mechanics noticed something that could have had very troubling consequences if not taken care of right away. Yes, it cost extra that was somewhat unexpected BUT this will no doubt save costly repairs down the road. Thank you for your attentiveness and quality of work.RespectfullyMr. Meredith Cutting

I bought my first Golf R here and just recently my new Tiguan R line.I must say this dealership is super professionally run and my experience with Lisa A in sales have been phenomenal. I live about 100km from Pickering and she set up the entire deal over the phone and answered all my calls/texts immediately.I will never buy another Volkswagen anywhere else.

Took my brand new 2023 VW GTI there because the overhead panel stopped working, they rudely and shamelessly dismissed me saying that I should take it back to whoever I bought it from since they will end up not getting paid for it by VW. The service advisors are the rudest nastiest most dismissive-in-your-face people you'll encounter in a long time. Avoid this joke of a dealership.

Andrew Reid was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get back to me and keep me informed about my GTI. He is passionate about VW and serving his customers.
