'Olu 'Olu Poké Ste-Catherine Est

MAN I love this place. I've tried about 3 of their poké bowls so far and each one has been delicious, but my favourite by far is the unagi one. If you're hesitant to try eel, don't be, it's absolutely delicious!Never been in person, but I frequently order from here on Skip/DD. Everything comes packed securely, and presentation is beautiful. You gotta enjoy some miso soup before you dig in, it really hits the spot.I find other poké spots in Montreal incredibly bland, but everything I've tried here packs a punch with its flavour. Everything is extremely fresh, the seafood, the fruit, the vegetables, all of it!I haven't really tried any other poké place since discovering 'Olu 'Olu, because I know nothing is gonna hit the same way their poké does!

I think this is one of the best bowls of poke I've had outside of Hawaii. I found the place from a foodie Instagram and the omao omao bowl with the brown rice barley base was so excellent. If I had space I'd have tried the classic Hawaiian style poke (basically just the fish on rice with some onions).

When I first saw the menu I was very nervous to try this.. but after ordering and eating, I can definitely say this is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. It’s light, healthy, and very tasty. If you’re in Montreal and you want some healthy food, I recommend this place to you. You can even edit your plate to fit your taste. Great food and friendly service.

I've been to both location, and they are all the best. The food is delicious, and the employees are very nice; I would give 6 stars to them especially Steve. I definitely comeback because have some loyalty points and promotions from the online ordering on their website.

Incredible poke bowls! They offer lots of variety and options. I really like the mix of quinoa and brown rice in some of their bowls.The freshness and quality of the fish and other ingredients is noticeable. Having one bowl is not enough! I would definitely recommend this place for those hungry for a poke bowl.

Nothing satisfies like a fresh seafood forward poké bowl. Got reacquainted with Olu Olu Poké and will be craving one of their bowls again soon.This is the perfect place for a delicious and healthy meal. We ordered two Spicy Rain Bowls. These poke bowls contains all our favorite things - salmon, tuna, crab, avocado, mango, furikake, pickled cucumber, carrot, jalapeno, crispy mix, cilantro and Olu's special sauce. Both were delicious and really hit the spot. The fish was fresh and the combination of ingredients is different from other poké bowls as each was thoughtfully assembled by the chef, not just simply throwing all the things together. Dare I say, this is the best poké bowl I've had in Montreal!Another plus is fast and attentive service. Not only the staffs were quick, they prepared the bowls attractively as well. They were all very professional and friendly. Very much enjoyed my first time at Olu Olu Poké!The only downside is that the portion is kinda small. As small eaters, we were satisfied, but the portion is very small compared to the price.Nonetheless, I and my sister - we are keeping an eye on the other signature bowl - Omao Omao and definitely will try it soon for our next visit. Would absolutely recommend! 10/10.

We ordered the Mamba and Spicy Rainbowl on opening night. Friendly and quick service, and beautiful presentation of the poke bowls. Very tasty combination of flavours, though the rice was a bit too warm (it warmed up the fish on top). The fish was fresh and well-portioned. I like how they didn't fill half the bowl with lettuce like a lot of other places.That being said, the portions were a bit small (the bowls they use are quite wide, but rather shallow); as a smaller eater, I was satisfied, but my partner was still hungry after the meal.Looking forward to trying again (hopefully with a few minor improvements next time)!

Delicious poke bowls that differ from the basic and typical ones found elsewhere. I highly recommend this place! I will come back :) plus, staff is very friendly!This place consistently delivers a great service and amazing food. Everything is always fresh.

I ordered the Spicy Rainbow bowl and it was really good.Products are fresh and it's a good sized portion.I recommend!
