The bathroom fan motor was groaning. I Was advised that Shiels might have them in stock. Not wanting to wait for a delivery from Amazon, I took the fan motor and mount Shiels.It was instant customer service as soon as I walked in the door.Not only did they have a motor that would fit. the staff member remover my old motor, adjusted the new motor. mounted the new motor, and tested it.... amazing service AND it cost less than Amazon!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Shiels. Responded quickly to my email request, had the part I needed and in my hand the same day. Carlos was super helpful and assured me that if the part didn't solve my problem that they would find a way to fit my pump in to their schedule to diagnose and fix what might be wrong.

Shiels were more than willing to help at the beginning to get a PO for a specialized motor, but when there were complications and specifications to be adhered to they lost interest and no longer communicated. Had to go to another small town supplier to get the information and the help to proceed to get the order placed and the work completed.
