Mike is the best the since sliced bread. He came fixed my issue and had to come back, no fault of his own. I totally take the blame for having him return. The issue is fixed, and I'll work on the household issue on my own. Thanks Mike !

The technician Aemen arrived on time and was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Even though my washer couldn’t be repaired I appreciate that he explained to me why it couldn’t be repaired. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I am a building manager for a condo highrise in Surrey. On March 28th, 2023 an appliance repairman from your company came to perform work for a resident in our neighboring building which shares a parkade with us. While in our parkade your repairman saw that our garbage room metal roll-up door was open (as it was recycling day), and decided to walk in with a large broken microwave that turned out to be from a previous job and dumped it in the room.I contacted your office manger to explain what happened and asked you send someone to come and remove it from the property, the manager said they would have the repairman return and remove it, but they never came back. Nobody came back to remove it even after I called and spoke multiple times on the phone with you offering many opportunities and over a month to correct the wrong.In the end nobody from your company ever came back to remove the dumped microwave and our building had to pay $100 out of pocket to dispose of it. Although I have not used your services before, based on this experience I would encourage new customers to think twice before dealing with your company.

Great experience from start to finish! My voicemail was responded to right away and was given an appointment for two days after. The window of arrival time was met and the person who came out was amazing.. real knowledgeable, pleasant, and great. All of this came with a good and fair price, definitely recommend them!

Our Technician Anthony was great. He was able to quickly diagnose our appliances and provide recommendations for repair. He actually was able to start our appointment earlier than scheduled and called ahead of time to see if it was ok. Would recommended everyone.
