Spirit Halloween

Went instore to get some witchy items for a photoshoot coming up that I saw online. The employee Andrew came up to ask if I needed help and found all the items I was looking for by my screenshots and asked his fellow co workers if he wasn't sure where to find the items. Very happy with my purchase and experience at this location!

Drove out of town to this spirit Halloween. Was severely not impressed with their selection of costumes. They were not size inclusive and was not greeted at the store upon arrival. I went to another Halloween store in Sherwood park named Halloween Alley. I was greeted upon arrival and was assisted around the store. Not to mention they HAVE a plus size section for men and women. How amazing.

Brought my son here for a halloween costume and we were immediately offered help by Jenny. She made sure the size we bought would fit our son (the one I originally picked out would not have) and she also made sure the costume was in full working order and ready to wear. She went above and beyond and clearly has pride in what she does. Thanks Jenny, my son was so happy with his choice!

Easily the best Halloween shopping experience I've ever had. I was in and out with my 6 year old in less than 15 minutes. Fay assisted us and was absolutely perfect. She removed the stress and had fantastic ideas and knew our sizes immediately by looking at us. She was incredible! When we went to pay, I made sure to mention the phenomenal service to the gentleman working the till, and he gave me 20% off of my $70.00 costume! Prices were so much lower than Halloween Alley, I would gage that they were approximately 40% lower, and I'm probably being reserved with that amount. If I EVER need Halloween attire and accessories, I'll only go to Spirit Halloween in Sherwood Park. Just fantastic guys, thank you all again!

Great fun and spooky selection. Found all I was looking for. Employees take safety measures to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. They are also very helpful and kind.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by what I heard- I was casually shopping when I overheard a worker call a customer fat, she said the costume wouldn't fit her. And then when she proceeded to purchase the costume she said don't rip it" Excuse me? When is it ever okay to comment on someone's body 1. And 2 that is so rude. I felt so uncomfortable and left immediately. Don't buy from here."

Every time I come to Spirit Halloween the staff are extremely friendly and beyond helpful. If there isn’t exactly what I am looking for… their employees provide amazing solutions or new ideas. I am very impressed. Very clean too!! I find the store is very well organized into sections and categories compared to Halloween Alley, personally it’s a headache in there and I don’t know where to find specific sections. However, no issues ever at Spirit very easy to walk through and find stuff. Their manger also gave me a great deal on costumes with 20% off my most expensive item!!I come back every year and always recommend to friends and family this location.
