I recently made my first purchase with PerfectSense, Although the mattress that I ordered is on back order; The customer service department was quick to notify me and since a new promotion started after my point of purchase but before my delivery they were happy to add on a couple of pillows as a thank you for my patience.My delivery date is on January 7th (or so). That’s right, I haven’t received my mattress yet and I’m still giving a 5 star review, their customer service is that good!Highly recommendMy future mattress’ will most definitely be from PefectSense.I’ll post another review once I have my new Mattress!

This mattress is like sleeping on clouds. I ordered the Queen size and WOW it has been better then I have ever expected. I had back pain for years thinking I'm working to hard at work all the time. Little did I know it was the mattress the whole time!! The shipping was fast and taking it out of the box was super easy. Also, my dogs sleep on the bed with me and my old mattress I would feel every move they made on it. Now when they get up or move on the PerfectSense mattress I can't feel anything on my side of the bed.I could not recommend a mattress more. So far I have recommend the mattress to around 10 people and every single person that has ordered one can't thank me enough. The people I recommend even recommend more people. This mattress is a 10++++ from us and we will be ordering more in the future for each room.I heard amazing things about the pillows and would love to try those out. Everyone is telling me to order some to see if they are good lol.Thanks PerfectSense, it made perfect sense with the company name when I had my first sleep on the mattress :)

Ordered queen mattress in February, supposed to be in stock and ship within 2-3 days. Contacted them several times regarding why I haven't received my mattress and got several different excuses. Although they claim to be proudly Canadian and imply their mattresses are manufactured in Canada, they actually come from China. I demanded to have my order cancelled and money refunded but they refused. Complained to Better Business Bureau, but they were no help. Finally got Visa to reverse the charges.

Received my mattress in 3 business days after ordering. That night was the first night I slept without tossing and turning since I can remember. Any questions I had prior and after ordering my mattress customer service was prompt to message back. With in business hours of course. Do all the research you want like I did on all the other memory foam online mattress companies. For the price you will not do any better. I tried out endy at a retail store. This mattress compares and might actually be more comfortable then them. I highly recommend PerfectSense!!! Don’t think about it, just buy it!!

The process of ordering the mattress on line was easy. The price of the mattress was 25% off so that was an incentive also. My issue is with the follow up. It says once you make payment they will follow up with a tracking number and to expect delivery in 1-3 business days. I ordered the mattress 6 days ago, I still have not received a tracking number and my mattress has still not arrived. I followed up with an email to the company yesterday asking the status of the order and it said I would receive a response within 24 hours. It has now been longer then 24 hours and I still have not had a response to my email. I trust at this point the the company is legitimate but beginning to become concerned.

I ordered my first perfect sense mattress and I’ve had great customer service support. I ordered and the next day a promo for free pillows came out and I asked for the promo and they followed through and shipped me pillows separately! I recommend buying from them! They do value you as a customer

I have yet to receive my order....I am only reviewing the quality of perfect sense customer service. If you are expecting your mattress in 2 to 3 days like it says when you order, think again.A customer service agent does not call you back after leaving a message and emailing is useless. I wish I can review the actual mattress but this company can't even send one to me at the time they say. It's now been 1 week since my order.

Terrible customer service. I wished I looked at google reviews before ordering. I ordered two sets of bedsheets. They emailed me very quickly that they were having a system glitch and the colors I ordered were out of stock but had other colour options available. I updated my colour choice and they said they will be shipping it and a separate email would be sent out shortly with tracking information. No such email ever came through. They did get back to my initial emails apologizing for the delay and offered to send me two memory foam pillows for free. By the 5th follow up emails, they just stopped replying to emails nor my phone calls. It’s been 6 weeks since I placed my order, and still nothing. Order from somewhere else. I wanted to support Canadian business but support other companies that can actually deliver their promise. I want my money back.

I ordered a mattress back in February. Never received it and when I asked for a refund the company would not respond to me. 1 month ago they told me they were shipping it, which I asked them not to as I’ve already purchased a new mattress (it’s been nearly 4 months since I ordered), I told them I wanted a refund. Once again, no response. I have tried multiple times reaching out through social media, email, and telephone, however never received a refund or the mattress. My suggestion is if you’re thinking of ordering a mattress online, spend the extra $100 and order elsewhere... at least you will get a mattress out of it! I’m out over $600. Absolutely outrageous.

*Experience #2: I purchased the foundation for my previously purchased Perfect Sleep mattress and things went smoothly. Unfortunately they don't have any bedsheets for a single sized mattress so I wasn't able to buy everything I wanted. It seems they do sell out of stock very frequently, but the level of customer service helps make up for it! Eventually, I hope to have the mattress/pillow protectors, as well as the bedsheets and comforter for a single sized mattress. Hopefully they get these items in one day*These guys have the best of the best customer service! They always get back to you promptly, and are very efficient! They have very comfy mattresses as well! Thank you for the great service PerfectSense! I will recommend you to anyone looking for a new mattress!
