Pulled up to the drive through and was ask to wait. 7 minutes, and a line behind me later, I could order. Planned to splurge on the $15.99 chicken salad and was informed that the only dressing available is ranch. Not a fan of ranch at all and for $15.99 + tax expected wayyyy more. For reference, an entree sized California spring salad at Milestones costs $15.50!! Sadly left hungry.

Won't ever come here again. 2nd time I've been given almost no fries. for $18 for a 6 piece strip meal and a literal hand full of fries.. terrible... not even going to bother to go say anything because they obviously don't care. So here is my review Almost want a refund but I also want to get back home...

We came through the drive thru Thursday night, the person working the drive thru window couldn't understand nor speak English well. Our order was very wrong and disgusting to say the least...$32 for two wrong orders, disgusting food and a worker who couldn't speak or obviously understand the English language. We will never visit this location again. Don't waste your time stopping here on your travels.

Not suitable for handicaps. They only got paper cups there no real cups. I had to go too my car bring in 2 real cups and doors donot have automatic door's.The doors are heavy hard to out.Even bathroom doors are heavy and hard tooopen. I will only take out from now on.Not for disability person I senior withMobility problems.

I TRIED to get a couple burgers here last Thursday about 5:30 pm before the 6 pm movie at the Gem started.I pulled into the drive-thru and there was one person ahead of me at the intercom who appeared to be yelling at it. This vehicle then attempted to back out and I would have obliged but there was another vehicle behind me by then and I couldn't so he went forward. I pulled up doing the same, yelling at the intercom for service to no avail. I pulled forward to see the vehicle ahead of me at the pick-up window in discussion with the employee which lasted 4-5 minutes. Inevitably he pulled ahead without an order.By now it was too late to even try to get an order if we were to make the movie to we went past the pick-up window without stopping.The empolyees at the window didn't even seem to care that we were driving through.This is totally unacceptable behavior for which I blame more on management then the pathetic excuses for employees on shift at the time. Competent management would not hire people like this.If management cares, they need to know that this incident is being reported to DQ's franchaise owner as well as the regional head office.

We did drive thru which we sat there for awhile. You'd think that the food would be hot but nope the middle of the burger was cold. I managed half of the burger. Way overpriced for what you getThe staff was friendly.

Went for ice cream and asked for a cup of water and when we looked at our bill we realized they charge almost $4 for a cup of plain old tap water!! So insane. Definitely gone way down hill since it sold recently.The girl working the drive through said she has heard a lot of complaints lately, too.
