Hey Cupcake!
Bland cupcakes.. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I would also not recommend Hey Cupcake! due to the owners snarky and sarcastic responses to customers. You're not always going to be liked by everyone. Take the feedback and improve yourself and your business. You look foolish arguing with customers who have a negative opinion about your items.***edited: first of all, you have zero idea if I’ve ever tried your gross cupcakes. Secondly, you’re embarrassing yourself as a business owner. Thirdly, Reddit has a whole bunch of comments confirming how argumentative you are as a business owner and how poor quality your products are. “Hugs” *barf*

Hey Cupcake!
Every time I visit this place, I’m greeted in a friendly way, and I can always expect top quality cupcakes each and every time!!As an owner of a tech company, I like to gift my customers for referrals and Hey Cupcake provides the perfect thank-you treat!!They’ve even gone as far as printing my logo on a wafer to place on top of the cupcakes. Super cool. I love these guys!!!!

Hey Cupcake!
I should have checked the reviews for this business before ordering from them, I had a similar negative experience to many of them. The woman who took my order made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by placing an order, she had such a negative attitude on the phone. Not only that, but they GOT THE DATE WRONG for my order and were a day late… totally ruined the deserts I had planned for the nut-free and gluten-free guests I had at my event. My mother in law was too nice and picked up the cupcakes a day late anyways. BOTTOM LINE: find another bakery to order from

Hey Cupcake!
I recently ordered custom cupcakes for my sons birthday. They were designed wonderfully and (most importantly) tasted amazing. The owner was in touch with me several times throughout the process to check in and confirm pickup times, etc. Upon pickup there was no doubt that the cupcakes were just freshly made, they were just putting the finishing touches on the decorations when I arrived. I had a great experience! Thank you

Hey Cupcake!
What an amazing experience all around. First the cupcakes, scones and cookies are some of the best I’ve ever tasted! And the customer service I received on a special request was exceptional. I requested some personalized cookies for a golf tournament benefiting a foundation close to my heart. They more than delivered. Everyone was so impressed. I will definitely use Hey Cupcake anytime I need special orders and just for my weekly fix of excellent baking.

Decent cupcakes. Cake part is tasty but the icing is just okay. They have some cool varieties. Cupcakes are on the larger side and reasonably priced.

Hey Cupcake!
Thank you so much for your help, suggestions and DELICIOUS cookies and french macarons. My gluten-free mama couldn't get enough of them. They were so pretty and light and lovely. The tea cup cookies were gorgeous! And went perfectly with a cup of tea. The owner (I'm not certain of her name) was so accommodating on the phone with me and willing to go above and beyond to help me. When my husband picked up the order he said they were friendly and professional. Thank you so much Hey Cupcake for making my afternoon Mother's Day tea party complete.

Delicious cupcakes. We’ve had them walking in & custom ordered for birthdays. Cupcakes are always very fresh & icing is great - not grossly sweet & inedible like many other places. Love all the different options they have.

Love love love these cupcakes! They are always so fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated! There is always a great assortment when I drop in, and the owners are so helpful and friendly! It’s great to have quality small businesses like this to support in our community.
