I was so impressed by Dr Hartl. I am someone who is very anxious about medical appointments. The front desk staff were so kind and compassionate over the phone and in office. They allowed my husband to come in with me, and were very accommodating. When Dr Hartl came into the exam room, I explained my nervousness and he was so kind, reassuring and very gentle with the examination. He took the time to hear my concerns, do a thorough exam and come up with an action plan. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to see an ENT who is nervous or anxious. I really enjoyed my appointment. Thank you, Dr Hartl!

Dr. Hartl was absolutely amazing!! My 7 year-old son can be quite nervous about seeing doctors (like many children!) and was terrified of having his tonsils and adenoids taken out. Dr. Hartl made him so comfortable he looked forward to going to see the doctor. The surgery went incredibly well, and my son was so well taken care of. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hartl!

It's unfortunate that Dr. Hartl couldn't do the Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty operation for me.He referred me to Dr. Kibblewhite in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.After looking at the hundreds of the very horrible reviews about Dr. Kibblewhite's deformed patients after their surgeries, I phoned Dr. Hartl, to cancel my appointment with Dr. Kibblewhite.As if I haven't suffered enough from my deviated setptums and 3 operations previously when I was a teenager, I had really hoped that Dr Hartl would have done the operation for me, especially when I have waited 8 months to see him, and he told me that even though he can do the procedure for me, he refused to do it, and passed me on to the butcher, Dr. Kibblewhite.No Thanks Ever!!!!Be careful out there when you are shopping for a Good Doctor, ensure that the Doctor you are looking for has Sparkling reviews and is a great Doctor with a solid reputation as a component Doctor, overall.It's your life, and it's your body too.Be careful about the Wolves in Sheep's ClothingRegards,Angela Dahl.

I’ve never left a review for a doctor before, but my experience here was amazing I just have to. Dr Hartl and his entire staff were so great. He is knowledgeable, friendly, took the time to explain everything throughly and made some notes for me to take home. Made me cry happy tears!

I never leave reviews but I must. Dr. Hartl is probably one of the BEST doctors I’ve ever had. He takes into consideration the human being as a whole and incorporates that into his medical practice; emotions, interests, habits, lifestyle etc rather than simply looking at symptoms and throwing a medication at you. He remembered my personal details, took my concerns seriously and was personable and comforting. I usually get EXTREMELY anxious with any doctor but I feel safe in his exam room and I always leave feeling uplifted and inspired. He’s truly doing what he’s meant to do! Thanks Doc!

I so appreciated Dr. Hartl's honesty that puts his patients before profits. He let me know that surgery was unnecessary and took the time to explain everything to me. Other Doctors often make the patient feel like a number and rush rhe appontment, Dr. Hartle treats your case with care and attention. Other Dr's may have seen dollar signs $$$ but he is very ethical and puts the best interest of the patient first! In a very greedy world it is wonderful and refreshing to find such honesty.

Our son (who is almost 2) needed a large vessel in his nose cauterized due to frequent excessive bleeding due to a blood condition that he has. We were booked for our consult and appointment all within a month. Dr Hartyl was so good with him, giving him a high five after each step which our son loved, and he made the whole process so simple and stress free. Would highly recommend him.

Had a deviated septum for years and was not able to breath out of one side of my nose. I got called in because they had a cancellation and went in for surgery the next day. The process was easy and I was out the whole time and I was home within 6 hours including recovery time.Now I can breathe through my nose and the difference is night and day, thank you Dr. Hartl!
