Mr. Mark King at Walker Road Windsor is absolutely professional and kind to assist us for an hour. His lovely smile and humane attitude motivated us to purchase new mattresses

We were fortunate to get to the Windsor store on a day when Mark King was working. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and presented a few options. One of those was perfect and we LOVE our new bed. We returned to the store a few weeks later for a pillow. I was hoping Mark was working that day, which he was, and now I have a perfect pillow. Thank you Mark!

I bought a mattress there in August..I was told prior to purchasing it that it was guaranteed to be returned if there was ANY issues with it..two months in and it sags and I was told it had to be a certain depth for it to be exchanged...I have never had a mattress sag in two months..I am so upset as I bought it because I have major back issues now they are worse thanks to this mattress!!! The salesclerk should mention this to the buyer when they ask...not reassure them that it can be returned if there was ANYTHING wrong with it..I am beyond disappointed never again will anyone I know be coming there!! What a scam !!! I understand mattresses sag but not after a couple months maybe years but not months! Shame on you

During Covid we bought 2 beds and mattresses then 2 years later they were defective. Customer Service was great with warranty and sent us 2 new mattresses. Well they weren’t the right ones. Ours was very firm and these were like sleeping on the bottom board. Again more pucks but Customer service was great. Went back to Walker Road and we got to deal with our original sales person Mark. He was so helpful and knowledgeable when we first bought them and again went out of his to to help us again. So hopefully when the replacements come we get the correct ones. If you are looking to buy a mattress I highly recommend Sleep Country. The Customer Service is one of the best I’ve ever had to deal with and The salesman Mark was exceptional. Thank you

Went in to test out some boxed mattresses. The shop is really nice and so was the salesman. He did put a lot of pressure on us to buy immediately without looking elsewhere or checking out other brands that they didn't carry. In the end we decided to go with a different brand that they did not carry but I would shop here again.

Great place, great people. Don't remember who we had, but he's been there forever. He was able to talk us through exactly what we wanted and we're looking for. Got us a great price, found a great option. Got it all delivered for us too. Fast delivery options and they'll take away your old mattress

We recently purchased a queen sized Bloom mattress and a box spring for our spare bedroom from the Walker Rd location of Sleep Country. When we entered the store, we were greeted warmly by Tammy Gayowsky and she helped us make a bed choice that fit our budget without having to sacrifice the comfort of our guests. She let us know when to expect delivery and called to keep us in the loop about when it would arrive. There was a delivery delay (outside of the control of the in store staff) and Tammy called right away to inform us and did her best to make sure we were still happy with our purchase and the service we received. We are and were very happy with her and our purchase. We hit another small snag when the items were delivered, but this one was on me. The box spring was too big to fit through the doorway! We called her up and Tammy somehow managed to work out a solution for us. If you need a bed, I can't recommend her enough. I would also recommend measuring the hallways and doorways of your home to make sure your desired items will be able to make it into the room you want them in. Thank you Tammy!
